1 starMy boss received her renewal card, but it doesn't have an expiration date, a patient ID, issuing doctor with signature, or website to confirm legitimacy of the card, like her previous cards did. She called to ask about this, and after being on hold for a long time, and then asking about these missing pieces of information, she was disconnected. It seems like a scam.Review fromRhonda R

I found the site to be user-friendly and was issued the certificate for my pet in a timely manner. I received many follow-up emails, staying in touch with me, through the process. Where I live there is a 30-day waiting period and they kept in touch with me all along the way making me feel assured and cared for.American Service Pets

I showed my dr. the letter and he let me know that is was not a legal letter. All pets are not capable of being a service animal. Herd animals cannot be service pets. Spoke to customer ********************** three times before they just stated ignoring my request for a refund. The Dr. listed is not even in American. This is a scam and should not be used for anyone looking to use it for it true purpose.American Service Pets

I signed up with them, paid for the premium package and after the fees were paid I find out that they charge an additional $200 / year for a renewal fee.If they had disclosed that up front I never would have signed up and I guess thats why they dont tell you up front at application time. Otherwise I doubt anyone would sign up. Scammers..!!American Service Pets

Hello, thanks for your feedback. It is typical for doctors to want to re-evaluate your symptoms every so often in order to determine how your treatment plan has been helping you. In the case with the doctors in network with American Service Pets, they prefer to evaluate every year. In some states, an annual evaluation is actually required by law. Your renewal would not cost you $200 as you stated in your review. Your initial purchase included several add-on upgrades such as accessories and rushed processing however, unless you choose to get those things again, a renewal won't need those items. I sign** up online with American Service Pets on March 13, 2023. I was deni** by the doctors review and not sure why becasue I was approv** by another company. What bother** me first of all was they make you pay upfrint for everything even before the doctors reviews your questionaire. Well I was deni** by the doctor and I am Ok with this, and I was told I would receive a cr**it on my payment. I have not receiv ** the cr**it and it has been 12 days since they told me the cr**it was issu**. My bank told me and aleays has on previous cr**it post** to my accout within 1-2 days after the cr**it was issu**. If I do not receive my cr**it by March 27th I will be filing a cr**it card transaction fraud. Typical company who hopes people forget about the cr**it due to them. I do not recommend this company for your *** processing.American Service Pets

Hello, Thanks for reaching out. if you were approved by a different doctor, it's most likely that the doctor had a different opinion about your symptoms based on what you had told that professional. It's not uncommon for doctors to have different professional opinions. Also, regarding the refund, the refund transaction was issued on the same day that your doctor let us know about their decisioning (3/13/2023). We have documents to show that the refund was issued on that date. We are unsure why this was not reflected in your bank statements, however if you still have concerns over that you can request the documents on our end to show to your bank and investigate further.
