Total fraud my end date was December *************************************************************************************************** two more months. First they said that I had missed payments which I didn't I had my bank statements and then I called back and then they said it was from the interest accumulating. This place is just a shady business don't ever get a loan with this company

Terrible company. They cancelled my transaction after I signed paperwork and sent money as a down payment. They had the nerve to ask if I had a car to throw in the deal after I signed all paperwork. Ghetto and unprofessional.United Auto Credit Corporation

This company is a FRAUD, they illegally repoed my car while I was in bankruptcy and when I called to speak to someone the woman gonna tell me my bankruptcy was over and Im legally still in my bankruptcy, and told me if I wanted my car back I would have to pay the whole ********* to get my car back and threaten to *** me for the car that they illegally repoed doing my bankruptcy, this caused me to miss days from my job.United Auto Credit Corporation

If I could give it zero stars I would. Just like the previous reviwes, this Auto Credit Corporation has horrible service and basically got over on an 18 year old when I feel on hard times. They will not waive $58 of late fees even though I'm trying to bring my account up to date (more than $700 being paid) . Do not do business with them and avoid them at all cost. With this economy every business should be trying to help their customers this company clearly does notUnited Auto Credit Corporation

I HAVE BEEN GIVING THE RUN AROUND FOR THE LAST PAST 2-3 WEEKS ABOUT WHO SERVICES AUL WARRANTIES AND BEEN TOLD NO AT 2 SERVICE CENTER ************** AND *********************** I REACHED OUT TO THEM OVER 4 TIMES TRYING TO GET HELP ON WHO SERVICES AUL WARRANTIES THEY EMAILED A LIST & ALL THE NUMBERS ARE DISCONNECTED I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SERVICE DEALER AND *** WON'T ANSWER THE ***** TO START A CLAIM NUMBER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE *** DEALERSHIP AND FINANCED COMPANY TO SCAM A CUSTOMER INTO A CONTRACT THAT THEY PAY FOR & NOT GET ASSISTANCE WHEN U NEED IT AND U PAID FOR IT I SEE SCAM ALL AROUND WHEN IT COMES TO A WARRANTY COMPANY & *** DEALERSHIPS I KNOW THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AT BIG DEALERSHIPS THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T RECEIVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS OR REVIEWS LOWING THEIR MARKET ON THEIR BUSINESS THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE...I JUST WANT REFUND ON MY WARRANTY $1.560.00 OR MY *** SERVICED WITH MY WARRANTY BEING HONORED ... I am very dissatisfied with this company. I am paying for a truck financed in both mine and my husband's name. We have had nothing but issues from this truck and we're excellent pay regardless of the issues. It needs the differential replaced. We replaced 2 cv's in this truck. It has a radiater leak somewhere and have paid over **** for the main computer component to be replaced. All of which I have receipts for. My husband passed away in july. I am without his income but my son wants me to keep the truck. I have ask for help numerous times. And I have sent them a death certificate. They can call and threaten to take the truck. But refuse to offer any options to help. I don't understand it at all. I am wanting to pay. I don't understand they can collect but not offer refinance options. I am at the point of throwing my hands up and telling them just come get it.United Auto Credit Corporation

This lender actually does not deserve any stars they **** !! The service of bull c*** oh we going to help you we are sorry this lender dont give a c*** purchased a car and boom 1 month car is down telling me to make a payment for a car that doesnt even run and want to ruin my credit Im 21 years old wanted to build credit dealership sold me a faulty vehicle that broke down and engine problems told the bank alllllll they can say is you purchase the car as is !!! But Im pay high payments and as is for a piece of c*** !!! I been calling for help to change out the car Ive made my payments on time every month until I notice every month Im fixing something and paying for a loan where I should not have to fix the car at this time I am done I even told them to take the car back they said I could that was 3 days after I purchase the car the dealer ship said we pass our time !! If I could give this less then 1 star I most definitely would. I bought a car from a dealership 8 YEARS AGO. The guy who sold me the car was fired for selling drugs out of the dealership and I later found out that he let his girlfriend drive the car I bought and she damaged it. And I paid for a car that blew up 1 month after I bought it and dealership refused to work with me and this company united auto credit refused to work with me. And 8 years later are still reporting this s*** to my credit report. I can never get anyone on the phone and have not been able to reach anyone to resolve this. And I feel like Im being punished for someone elses mess up! Needless to say horrible people horrible company I DO NOT recommend.United Auto Credit Corporation

I reached out the a rep with united auto credit regarding a vehicle i was purchasing to let them not i will no longer be purchasing the vehicle because of problems when it arrived. this was on august 28, 2023. i received a letter stating i missed my payment (mailed out on 9/30/2023, received 10/10/3023). i called them back to let them know what was going on with the vehicle, they told me this will be on my record for 7 years, (releasing ownership of the vehicle or something like that),I do not think this is right after they were given enough time to cancel the contract.United Auto Credit Corporation
