I am absolutely disgusted with this finance company. Ive been financing a car and this loan is. complete predatory loan. High payments and the car is a complete lemon. I can afford the ridiculously high payment. Its the repairs to this car that re crazy. I swear do not finance through them they really dont care. They are affiliated with VROOM and thats a whole other story. So now I have to hire a lawyer. Its very sad.

1 starThey scammed me by giving me a false rate for car insurance that I agreed to and put it up after the fact refused to work with me kept creating hurdles and being resistant would not return calls etc Had to call my bank. ********************* was the agent that sold it to me,Review fromJaQuesiah D

Worst car company I've ever had to deal with and they also lied to me as well. They called around regarding not having contact with me and they also told the person that they called what was going on even without my authorization. This place is an absolute CROOKED place!! Do not get your financing here!!!! They turned down our auto loan because we wouldnt let them log into our checking account and see our statements!! I have never in my life had such a car buying experience!! I personally have a car loan with ****** auto and they sold me a beautiful car and it was a flawless experience!! Run from this company as they will ruin your life!!!! They are scammers that take advantage of good people!!!United Auto Credit Corporation

I purchased a 2012 ****** Rouge in January of 2020 I had the car up until November of ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************* November of 2021 I am now being sued by this company my wages are being garnished for ****** Im guessing every pay period I got paid this morning and they took ****** out of my check I have never been sued for a car that was repossessed I cannot afford the garnishment and just went to court last week about it and now they take more its not ok so no O dont recommend them at allUnited Auto Credit Corporation

1 starThey are a very crooked company. This company finance defective cars without a care if they are repaired before selling to unsuspecting families. I later found out that I have one of those defective cars, we are suing them so now they will not allow me to continue making payments, not that I want to knowing the extensive damage my car has sustained. I'm in the last few months of payment and asked for the pay off when informed me that my account had been charged off. They are ruining my credit to save themselves by repossessing the car before we go to trial. I never received written notice of their unscrupulous ways Whatever you do, don't do business with them!!!!! They do not deserve any stars??Review fromDaniel M

I'm happy they financed me when I needed it, but they're making it difficult to pay off my loan now. I can't pay more than $3,000 online and the lady I spoke to said I can go to CVS or ******* to pay it but that has limits too. Why do I need to jump through all these hoops to simply pay off my loan. Now I have to go to my bank get a cashier's check and mail it to them and pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail. Wouldn't it be quicker and safer to make it possible to pay the full balance online? They are not being helpful and why can't I pay more than $3k online?!?!United Auto Credit Corporation

They bought my loan in April of 22 from a different lien holder. As of April of 23 they have reported to the bureau 6 times. Only time they report is when I send up disputes from the bureau. You call and they will assure you they report monthly but I have several months that say N/A. Last reported 28 Feb 23 last payment says 01 Jan 23. Ironically Im so far ahead my statement is dated for **** of 23 and its not even a full payment. Seems like slander saying I dont pay on time.
