I ordered a pair of glasses for my husband on 7/28 and later a second pair on 8/6 as a back up pair. On the first order I paid more for express shipping since we needed them right away, but it was such a waste of money!!! The first pair arrived on 8/2 and the second pair arrived on 8/11. Both orders took 5 days to arrive, so why does Express Shipping cost so much more if you cant get them any sooner? I wish I had back the extra money spent for shipping since they didnt arrive any sooner than a regular order. The glasses met expectations and are acceptable but I wish I hadnt wasted the extra money on shipping to get them here.

4 starsI have purchased five pairs of glasses from Zenni over the past several years and I like them all. I am very surprised to read one star reviews. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the amount of work I had to do both before ordering (to double and triple check all the details were correct) and after receiving them (to make adjustments to make them comfortable). Nevertheless, I obviously think the work is worth saving money. I'm looking forward to getting polarized sun glasses that look nice, that I can afford, that come in my size. I wish Zenni would send me ads ONLY of styles that fit me (come on guys, your computer has my size and my picture). I guess if you're not good with details, then maybe Zenni is not for you. And you should be able to use warm water to soften the metal before adjustments so they don't break (I learned the hard way).
