They have good prices and a lot of frame selections. They are fairly fast as well. I was disappointed with the blue blokz ******** I don't think they block blue light at all. I wish I would have gotten the amber ********

Great service and the items arrived quickly and well packaged, but both lenses and frames have gotten way more expensive than they used to be. I remember when I could get my glasses for $70, but now they cost over $200 for almost the same exact thing as before. I do like that they have added the night driving glasses to their inventory, and Im excited to purchase those next as I struggle with seeing at night, especially when roadways are wet.Zenni Optical

The description of the frames that I ordered did not match what I received. This wouldn't be such a big deal given the return policy listed on their website. Unfortunately, given that they have customer service chat option not usable, they don't answer emails in a timely manner (beyond the automated email that tells you that they've received your help request), and they don't answer their phones even during their listed hours of operation, I can only hope to help others avoid the mistake I made by ordering from them.
