1 starSo far nothing. Order was shipped and I got a few updates. The updates stopped while the order was still several states away and nothing since. I likely should have gone to a local optical shop and got the glasses, which I will now have to do. Thank goodness I am only out $68. Maybe I can get a refund.Review fromAmy S

I purchased a pair of Zennis for the first time, received them and was excited to wear them. My vision was HORRIBLE in them - they were unwearable. I figured there was a manufacturing defect and loved the design and price point, so I gladly accepted their proposal to send them back to be inspected. I was surprised when they told me that there was no defect and that the prescription was correct. I had two other pairs of glasses with the same prescription with zero issues and the Zenni glasses were horrible. If I kept my eyes dead centered, my vision was clear, but if I averted my gaze even slightly (how you would naturally do a billion times throughout your day-to-day) my vision was warped and doubled/had an offset. It was bad enough that it made me nauseas and they were completely unusable. Zenni provided store credit, which I held on to until the next eye exam since I already had two working pairs from another company. I recently went back to the doctor for an updated prescription and utilized my store credit to purchase a new pair of Zennis with my new prescription. The exact same situation! These glasses are either incredibly low quality (and useless, as I literally cannot see out of them), or there is a defect that they are refusing to acknowledge. They are refusing to refund me, and cannot offer any solution as to how to fix this problem for the SECOND time.
What a waste.

5 starsThe ordering process was easy and straightforward, I loved the fact you could check pupil distance on the site, nowhere else has that option! MY glasses came very quickly even though I'm in Australia and they are just as pictured. Very happy
