    Im beyond happy with my glasses from Zenni! The process was quick and easy, delivery was quick and the glasses are perfect. I had gone to ***** ******, Vision World and others who all quoted me over $350 for my glasses and paid way less on Zenni. Highly recommend!!

    I was concerned since my prescription didn't have the pupillary distance, but using a card with a magnetic strip was super easy. The price was unbelievably low, and I received my prescription sunglasses super fast!

    Got 2 new pair of glasses one was sunglasses for in the car. They are great I can see well with them and they are nice and stylish. It was an easy process and they came quickly. I highly recommend Zenni Optical for your glasses.

    I was going to give 4 stars but I was thinking 4.5 so I rounded up. There were some things that could be improved. When I got my glasses I thought oh no! what a mistake! they didnt look right when I tried them on. They also didnt work right with the progressive prescription. Looking further I realized that they sat too high on my nose and I remember there wasnt any mention of fitting them (which you normally get done by the person when you buy in the shop). In the end, by gently bending the nose pad wire I was able to lower the lenses and they began to look and work right. Sadly there hadnt been any instruction to do this with the glassesthey seem fine now. Another issue I had was the virtual try on. I was able to see myself virtually with the selected frames but it was difficult to compare my options. I ended up taking screen shots of each option (which were awkward to do) and then comparing by looking back and forth at the different photos. This worked but I wondered why the website wasnt able to do this automatically. (Maybe it does but I certainly didnt find this option ).For the price, so far Im happy with this purchase.

    Had some issues with the lens' and customer service worked everything out to return the glasses and get store credit. Ordered another pair, worked out to be the fastest way to be without new glasses but overall quality is great for the price. Have had a pair for 3 years with zero issues, lens' clear no flaws, frame holding up like a champ(happy for that since the frame has been retired and they're my favorite pair)
