Using Zenni Optical clip-on sunglasses on Zenni glasses caused scratches to the lenses.Returned glasses to Zenni for replacement and they would only cover 50% as a credit to my account.Tried to explain the scratches were 100% caused by a defective Zenni product.They would not offer more than 50% and said the product was not defective.

5 starsIve used Zenni for many years and quite a few pairs of glasses. They have the best price, great products, & fast shipping. Im not sure I ever needed customer service. Theyve saved me SO much money. My progressive lense glasses would have been over $200-350 locally AFTER insurance. These were $72 with shipping and I think I like them more!Review fromVictoria S

Ive ordered from Zenni several times & never experienced what i have this time. Absolutely disgusting and horrible customer service. This company is a scam and i highly recommend purchasing from another company because Zenni does not care about your needs or wants. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on April 19, 2025. I received them on April 28, 2025. When i opened the package, i knew right away there was a problem. The glasses looked like kids glasses which was odd because i ordered from the womens catalog & looked at the measurements before i selected them. I tried them on & they could barely fit my face, too small. I measured the glasses & compared them to my previous ************** were small by 11. I contacted Zenni & explained the issue. I chose to chat bc their wait times are always ridiculous to get someone on the phone live. I chated with a person & asked what my options were. He said i could get the full refund if i returned within 14 days but if i was just going to order more glasses it would be faster to do a store credit. So i asked if there was anyway they could rush ship the new glasses because i needed my new prescription right away. He said not a problem, when i place my next order to let them know that i wanted a rush ************ would handle it for free. So as i was placing my next order on May 5, 2025 i didnt see an option for the free rushed shipment. I saw rushed shipment was $15.99 or $19.99. So i originally had 3 new pair in my cart that was over my credit amount by like $6 which i was fine with. I was going to pay for it. So after not seeing the free rushed shipment, i went to chat with someone who immediately said they dont offer it and now the original shipment fee under $89 orders has gone up. I explained everything to him. He agreed it was their fault my order was wrong but still proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do. So i had to take a pair of glasses off my list & pay the rushed fee but today is the 12th & still no glasses.Zenni Optical
