  We ordered for an older child and the glasses are great! Stylish and well-made, the pricing was reasonable, and the prescription was correct. Will definitely order from Zenni again. The actual ordering once we picked out frames was a little involved for us because of our shared cognitive disabilities, but we got it done. Also, doing the PD measurement with the paper printout was not as straightforward as youd think, and its something we really didnt want to mess up. It was only after we received the glasses that we saw Zenni has cardboard PD rulers they include in your shipment that are designed to make it super easy. We could have used them before ordering as opposed to after ordering, so this was kind of disappointing. If there was some way for customers to request or receive them in advance of ordering, that would be great. I wouldn't even mind paying a small, say $5, deposit for one to be mailed to me and then having that deposit applied to my eyeglass order (maybe via a unique promo code?). Thatd be a good way for Zenni to manage expenses and weed out non-serious customers. All in all, were happy so far.

  Purchased multiple pairs over the years for my entire family. Not only are they extremely reasonable in cost but also very well made. Ive been in the optical business in another life (years ago) for many years and recognize craftsmanship when I see it. I now wear progressive lenses and my wife and son have fairly strong (son high cyl) prescriptions and these are spot on. I can do our adjustments/fittings so we are fortunate not having to go anywhere else. I also have access to a lensometer (tool to read the Rx off the lenses) and find that all the lenses were surfaced/finished within specifications.I see the usual complaining/whining that I do not miss from the optical field and these folks have no business buying online to begin with. Zenni offers a tremendous value and excellent products ,its up to you the consumer to input the proper information and provide the correct measurements so that the lab can make what you are looking for.

  Read the FAQ.Ordered test products, first ordered the least costly and minimum features and from there moved up to higher cost units and added more features.Really, read the instructions.Read the FAQ.Watch YouTube.Google.Do your due diligence.Read the instructions. Read the instructions!

  After a friend referred me to Zenni, I've not bought glasses anywhere else. I have been ordering glasses for myself, children, family and friends, from Zenni for several years now. I am typically very satisfied with my orders. There has been once or twice that I have gotten a pair that I didn't like but that was due to my own frame pick that turned out not to compliment my face as I'd thought. Because the glasses are so affordable, I have never bothered calling customer service to see if I could return any, I simply keep the glasses and order another pair when I can afford to do so. My prescription recently changed and became stronger. I was a little worried about how different my glasses would work. But as always....Zenni sent me NEW EYES!!! They were perfect.I have read some of the complaints and answers here on BBB today after getting an email asking that I rate my experience. I'm grateful for the reviews as it will ensure that I and those that I have referred be more cautious when ordering from them in the future, as I don't think I want to have anything to do with Zenni's customer service department. I'd be heartbroken to have an issue after all these years of being a loyal customer, and be told there's nothing they can or will do to rectify the issue satisfactorily . At any rate, so far so good for me though. The only complaint I have at this time is that the cost of the photochromic covering has significantly increased. Nevertheless, I can still get a cute pair of glasses for an affordable price with all the bells and whistles including personalized engraving for less than $100. It's worth noting that I do have a single vision prescription and am comfortable entering prescriptions as well as my desired PD.
