  Back in February, I had 14 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall+ installed on our home. From start to finish, the process was a breeze. Stellar Solar's team impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. Their communication was spot-on throughout, ensuring I was informed every step of the way.   I cannot say enough about how excellent Stellar Solar is. The entire process from start with *************************** to the inspections and finally the install crew was methodical, thorough, and miles ahead of their competitors. The install crew were absolutely great. Professional and experts at their craft. The cost very competitive but the value of the product and experience priceless. Right after we bought our home we had solar installed by a different company. Unfortunately the first vendor did under built to our needed capacity even after alerting that we would have a pool installed 3-5 years later. Here we are today, 10 months later, pool completed, and post Stellar project. I have been off the grid and continue to over produce by 20%. Stellar came in, built to a capacity I asked, and outperformed. Absolutely wonderful and amazing. I would go no where else. Dont fall for the lease scams. Go with Stellar Solar. Thank you again to Stellar Solar.

  Our Solar Experience - no regrets with Stellar Solar My Son-in-law obtained multiple bids for his Solar System in the Spring of 2022 and we also chose Stellar Solar based on his experience. We called ********************* at Stellar and he took us through multiple options. It was quite an education, with all our questions and concerns addressed. We chose a 12 Panel System (Q-CELLS) with a Tesla Powerwall+ with a NEMA *****a EV charging outlet.The installation teams, (2 Rooftop panel installers and 2 electricians for the Powerwall+) rang our doorbell at 8:00 am (Could not believe the punctuality - not used to that these days). From start to finish, 1 &1/2 Days, (and yes they rang our doorbell at 8:00 am the second day) they were outstanding, answering all of our questions and ensuring we understood the system. We opted to have the Powerwall+ system placed inside our Garage, and it worked out perfectly. My only problem is that they did such a great job with the design and installation that you cannot tell we have Solar from the front of our home and the Door to Door solar sellers still ring our doorbell.Three of our neighbors who recently had Solar installed by other companies, let us know that they were very impressed how our installation went, as were we. The City inspector was not as punctual as the Stellar crews, the Stellar electrician waited 3 hours for the scheduled morning inspection.Our only problem has been SDGE's billing system - which their customer service staff acknowledge is a computerized MESS especially with customers who use AutoPay. Finally got it corrected and now get two statements each month - one for Gas (new account Number) and one for **********************. (Just a caution if you're with SDGE).Every Solar installation company claims to be the BEST. Stellar Solar Lives up to the claim ?.Our System has been flawless in operation and has more than met our expectations.

  I had solar panels installed by Stellar Solar about 6 months ago. The whole process was very easy. After interviewing 3 different companies I chose Stellar because *********************** really understood my needs and his presentation was low key but extremely informative. Their prices were competitive with the other companies that I interviewed. After signing the contract I was very pleased that I was kept well informed on each step of the process by all the employees. ***** was very prompt in answering any questions I had along the way. They were very flexible when our original installation day ended up not working with my schedule. The installation went extremely well and the ****************************, went above and beyond. I was waiting for a hip replacement and he offered to help me with something I couldn't do on my own, which he certainly didn't have to do. Now my SDGE bill is either zero or minuscule. If you are thinking of installing solar I highly recommend that you give Stellar Solar a try. I think you will be very satisfied.

  I went with Stellar Solar to install my Tesla Powerwall last October because they are a certified SunPower installer (my builder used SunPower for my solar panels so I wanted a company that was SunPower certified).From start to finish, Stellar did an amazing job. The entire process was streamlined: it started with an initial consultation, then design, then installation, then permitting. And their quote was cheaper than many of the other companies I asked. On installation day, their crew was extremely friendly and explained to me what was happening, how long it would take, the instructions, etc.One small hiccup was months later I had a home inspector look through my entire home and they found that the electrical panels were missing some hole coverings, which could be an issue for rodents to get inside. I called Stellar up and they fixed it immediately that week, no questions asked.Overall, I had a great experience with Stellar and would recommend them to everyone for their solar needs.

  Stellar Solar was amazing to work with. We've had our system about a year now and everything ran smooth from quote, to install, through to now. They were super responsive and very trustworthy which was REALLY hard to find when we were originally getting quotes and looking into various solar companies. Overall reliable and trustworthy and don't regret working with them one bit.

  We contacted Stellar Solar in late February when we were gathering quotes for a rooftop solar system on our home in Scripps Ranch. Of the three companies giving us detailed proposals, working with Stellar was by far the simplest and most satisfying. I had loads of questions on a nearly daily basis. Our energy consultant made it a priority to answer my questions, in detail, in writing, almost as fast as I could think of them. Stellars quote was very similar (in both scope and price) to that of another well-known local solar/electric contractor, but Stellar was the winner with a few key advantages:1. They would use their own employees to complete the roofing portion of our project, while the competitor uses subcontractors 2. Their commitment to answering our questions reflected a team and philosophy that seemed to prioritize customer communications above all 3. They would be able to complete the project several months sooner The contract signing and permitting steps were equally efficient, and within days we had written assurance from SDG&E that our project was approved for NEM2 status. It then became a simple matter of waiting for Stellar to start our installation. Finally we were told a crew would begin our installation in early July, and the entire process would take 4 days.The crew showed up at 7am sharp each day. The supervisor took time to answer my questions and explain each step of the process. They asked for my input on cosmetic details like placement of conduit and boxes, and took great care with those visible details, resulting in a very tidy installation. They finished on time and left no mess behind.The subsequent city and utility inspections went extremely quickly, and we were granted permission to operate less than three weeks from the start of the installation. Our system has been operating flawlessly for a few weeks now.We have absolutely no regrets in our choice of Stellar Solar, and would choose them again without hesitation.

  We are super happy that we eventually went with Stellar for our solar needs. After getting quotes from a few different companies, we were most impressed with ***** and his team. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, timely, and provided all the services that we needed. We didn't receive any kind of pushy sales tactics either! They also collaborated with a local roofing company to replace our roof before the solar install. Another thing that we liked was their experience and length of time in the field. Finding a company that has been around for a while was a key factor for us. Now six months after our installation, the system is producing the estimated amount of energy.

  Stellar Solar went above and beyond in terms of service and explanation of the advantages of certain panel manufacturers, as well as explaining the tax benefits involved. I have had my system for 2-3 years and it is *************. The self-monitoring system is convenient as well. Give them a call if you are thinking about going Solar. I fully recommend!(I have since gone fully electric with my car so this system saves me an arm and a leg!)
