  Stellar Solar installed solar panels for our family home in 2019. They are highly rated & did a really good job. The roof definitely needed to be replaced first, so they arranged for a roofing company to take care of that. Communication with Stellar was good throughout the process. Startup and the transition to working with SDGE was seamless. Even though this was a reasonably small project, it was not treated like one. 4 years later, all is well!

  Ever since we contacted Stellar Solar about getting solar done on our house about two years ago, our house has received a lot of electricity. Stellar Solar has allowed us to use electronics without having to worry about the pricey electrical bills.It was the right season to choose Stellar because we found them to have reliable prices and great service. If there was something wrong, they would send down people very quickly to make sure that our system was running the best as possible.My only regret is that we didn't contact Stellar Solar earlier because we were already looking into solar but everyone else was very expensive.We highly recommend to homeowners looking for solar options, and even those who aren't, to look into Stellar Solar.

  We love our solar panels from Stellar Solar. At the end of 2016, we researched several companies to install solar at our home in the beginning of 2017 and Stellar Solar came out on top of our list. The representative, ******************************* was very professional, thorough, reliable and pleasant to work with. Our system has worked very well and it provides all the energy we need each year. Last year we had our home renovated and Stellar Solar was right there for us to move the panels from our house to over our garage just prior to us moving back into the house. The office was extremely helpful and the installers did an excellent job setting it all up again. 5 Stars to Stellar Solar.*****

  We got the solar installed by Stellar solar and we are very happy. The whole installation process was very professional and smooth. The installation was done on time with clear communication at every step by Stellar. It has been 2 months now and solar works without any issues.

  We purchased solar panels through Stellar Solar a few years back after we researched about 10 different companies.We worked with ******************************* at Stellar and felt really comfortable with him. He wasn't pushy and had actually convinced us not to buy solar at our previous house since it wasn't our forever home.We are really happy we bought solar on this house and our only regret would be that we think we should have bought an extra panel or two. It was hard to tell at the time what our usage would look like since we hadn't been in the house that long.I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested.

  Stellar Solar is a great solar company to work with from start to finish. They were proactive with information, clear with timelines and next steps, and prompt in responding to any questions I had. The total time from contract signature to receiving PTO was a little more than a month, and could have been sooner if the inverter didn't create an issue (a manufacturer issue that Stellar was able to fix quickly). Highly recommend if looking to go solar.

  We had Stellar install solar recently, they are the best! I got 4 quotes and they were the most competitive. Added a Tesla Powerwall and an EV Charger. Everything has been working great. In the summer we are not having any electric bill at all, even with the pool and AC running. The Powerwall is great, a couple of times the power has gone out in our neighborhood, but not for us with the Powerwall, everything stays on. Its been a great investment. ***** at Stellar was easy to work with and always there if we had a question. The install was very quick and easy the crew was clean and respectful. Overall I highly recommend Stellar if you want solar.

  Stellar Solar added new panels and a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery to our existing system that was installed in 2017. I spoke with several other solar providers, but had difficulty coming up with what we needed and the sales engineers were high-pressure, one of them actually demanding whether I was going to accept their bid.. However, working with *** at Stellar Solar we were able to come up with a design that suited our needs and our budget within a short amount of time. *** shared his screen with me as he walked me through his analysis and rationale for the design which made it all easy to understand. Stellar was able to get the design and permits approved ahead of time and installed the system three weeks ahead of the planned date. The crew who performed the panel installation were careful as they worked on the property and finished within a day. All of the exterior conduit was painted to match existing roofing and stucco, but they were able to run most of the conduit through the attic of our two-story dwelling. The next day the electrical team arrived to install the battery and all of the ancillary electrical boxes and breaker panels. The lead, *****, and his apprentice, *****, were very professional and took great care to ensure the boxes and conduit were installed with symmetry and level ending up with an esthetically pleasing installation. All of the wiring and circuit breakers were clearly labeled. The final step was getting Permission To Operate (PTO) which went flawlessly. ******* arrived at the site to go over the full function of the system and the Tesla smart application that allows us to monitor every aspect of the system and make changes according to our SDGE utility rate plan. We received PTO in January 2023, and as of July this year we have saved $4,186 in energy costs. Our True-Up stands at $74. Just for reference we have a pool with a slide, jacuzzi, two a/c units and 6 in the household. Our system consists of 34 panels (11.4kW) and a battery.

  Stellar Solar is an amazing company that provided excellent service from start to finish. Everyone that I spoke with had intensive knowledge of their products and truly stands behind everything they sell and install.From the start they asked detailed questions on current electrical usage as well as projecting figure electrical demands with anticipated household upgrades, such as EV vehicles, hot tubs, and everything in between. They discussed the pros and cons to battery storage and let me make an educated decision on what was best for us without every trying to oversell a product.When it came time for installation I couldnt be happier! Stellar Solar handled all of the permitting and coordination to ensure a quick installation and sign-off from our City inspector.All said and done we were up and running in no time without any issues so far.The most complicated part of the process was dealing with the energy provider when switching to a solar rate plan, however, Stellar Solar was always available and quick to respond to any questions I had. Making sure I was completely satisfied along the way.I cannot recommend Stellar Solar enough. If you are still doing your research you can stop here, they truly are stellar!

  *************************** and I purchased our new solar system back in March from Stellar Solar.We couldnt be happier with our system and the professionalism of all of the people we dealt with at Stellar out initial consult was with *****************************. ****** was amazingly informative explaining all of the processes we had to go through to get it installed. Stellar Solar had it up and running with **GE within a week and a half after installation. We had interviewed three other solar companies, Stellar was by far the most professional and they beat the other quotes we had by $8-10k !!!Theyve won the ** Readers poll for best ********* solar company for 10 of the last 12 years for a reason. Thank you Stellar Solar! ***************************
