    I have emailed multiple times to cancel an order. I found out they dont ship in time and they will not email me. I tried messaging on ******** as well. I just want my money back.

    Company advertises a return policy within 14 days of delivery (not to mention a 100-night trial that is advertised on their website directly on the product order page). I followed the return request process by sending an email to ****************** I received the following response: Dear ***** *******,Thank you for reaching out to Keesley Customer Support.We acknowledge your refund request for order #*****. However, as per our refund policy, returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine your eligibility for a refund as the delivery date is currently undefined.Since the order was marked as delivered, if you are experiencing issues with the fit of the item, we recommend considering an exchange. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to place a new order and return the original item.If you have further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.Regards,Keesley I then proceeded to send a screenshot of the proof of delivery. They go from responding to my return request within hours/same day, to not responding to me at all regarding my return/refund request.

    I ordered thier restnest for a baby shower and realized my order shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them right away to have it corrected.4 days later they respond saying that it has been longer then 24 hours and nothing can be changed.The used address does not even exist and was mis typed.7 emails to the company and no resolution.Order will never be received as address again does not exist and keesley failed to correct issue ************* headquarters is just an apartment with thier phone number going directly to a voicemail telling you to email them, in which they never respond.Orders are dropshipped from ***** with no expected delivery dates. Took me over a week to determine where the tracking number was coming from. Absolutely unacceptable for myself and other to spend over 100 bucks for a product that never arrives.

    On 05/09/25 I purchased a RestNest bed for our infant daughter from Keesley for $89.99. The product was delivered on 05/28/25. On 05/29/25 I reached out to request a product return. I reached out again on 05/30/25, 06/07/25, 06/08/25, 06/10/25 with no response received. I reached out on 06/17/25 with an email explaining Id reached out with no response numerous times and if I did not receive a response this time I would be reporting to the BBB and my credit card company. The product is poor quality, not as advertised, and I requested a return the day after it was received. I finally received a response today that my return request was now out of policy as a request must be within 14 days of delivery. Ive sent them period of my numerous attempts are requests as well as reached out via phone but they do not accept phone calls are continue to send the same email that my request is out of policy.

    I bought a product from this site on 6/5 with priority shipping. The site appears us based and in numerous areas of the site they state that customers will receive the product very timely with priority shipping and that a notification goes out once the product ships. On 6/12 I got a notification from the site that my product had delivered. I gave things a few days and have no actually received the product. Its now 6/15 and I finally messaged the customer service reference asking whats going on with my order, I was advised its still in ***** and it hasnt been fulfilled ********* I also noticed that the payment is going to ******* and not ********** where the company is based. The shipping they are offering and the priority shipping option they charge for is fraudulent. They have no intent to service customers timely if at all. Their order updates are misleading if not fully fraudulent. I think they should be forced to cease to operate.

    I placed a order on June 9th and after further research I found out that the baby bed i had purchased has been recalled . I emailed them the same day to cancel my order and I have had no answer. I have tried to contact them through the phone number on the website as well and it is just a machine .

    On 5/20/2025 I ordered the keesley restnest bed for my newborn. I spent $92.98. I tracked the delivery of the product and it never arrived at my house. I sent 3 emails to Keesley on 6/2/25, 6/3/25, and 6/5/25 to hopefully resolve my issue. I have not heard anything from them

    I purchased a baby sleep carrier in March of 2025. We received the product on 4/30/25. It was filthy with stains and mold. I contacted via email to return for a refund. An email was returned on 5/1 apologizing and I was told they are reviewing my claim. I sent photos per their request. I received another email stating that they would send another baby carrier. I told them that I was not interested in another product and that I want a refund with information as to how to return the product. Again I was told they are reviewing my claim. To date I have sent numerous emails with no response or satisfaction.

    I ordered a product and spent 80 dollars. They gave me a tracking number and order confirmation. Two weeks go buy and no package. I checked my tracking order and it said item hasnt even shipped and waiting for it to leave wear house. But then I find an email saying to enjoy my order which clearly was never actually delivered. I then contact customer support and they tell me they cannot locate my order with the tracking number and it can happen due to unexpected delays or issues in the shipping process. Then they tell me they will investigate and I dont hear from they. I write two more times asking for a refund and they tell me they cant refund unless they receive the product back but I never got a product. I keep trying to tell them that and they refuse to send me a new one or refund my money. I check the tracking and it shows its in transit not delivered but they are saying my product was delivered and it hasnt been.

    Order Number: 8922 Purchase Date: May 8, 2025 Amount Paid: $92.98 Product: RestNest Baby Bed (with priority shipping)Complaint Summary:I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved issue with Keesley (RestNest). I placed an online order for a RestNest bed on May 8, 2025, and paid $92.98, which included an additional fee for priority shipping. Despite paying for expedited delivery, the product did not arrive until May 26, well beyond the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, this delay meant I was unable to send the item with my parents, who were traveling internationally, as originally intended.Issue Details:Due to the delay and my inability to use the item as planned, I contacted Keesley via email on June 2, 2025, to request a return and refund. I did not receive a response. I followed up again on June 10, and only then did I receive a reply stating that I was not eligible for a return because more than 14 days had passed since the delivery.However, I had initially contacted them within the 14-day return window (June 2), and their failure to respond in a timely manner caused the return period to lapse. It feels unfair that their delay in communication is now being used to deny my return and refund request.Resolution Sought:I am respectfully requesting a full refund of $92.98 and return instructions for the unused product. I believe this is a reasonable resolution given that:I paid for priority shipping but received the item late,I made my return request within the stated return period,The company failed to respond until after the 14 days had passed.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
