    You can only contact by email or phone and have to request a return within 14 days of delivery. I didnt receive the item until 5/28/25 and requested a return 6/8/2025. However, they say Im outside the 14 days. They also advertise a free 100 night trial. Ive left messages at the number on their website, no return call. Ive emailed multiple times, canned response attached each time. The product itself is poor quality and not as advertised. Total scam.

    I purchased the rest nest infant bed on April 23 because it advertises to help with reflux and that it was doctor recommended, safe, and Also stated it had 100 day trial and if you were not satisfied, you would get your money back. Whenever Ireceived it, there was not even a tag on it that said it was this brand of the company and it was made pretty cheaply but was desperate to find a solution to my newborns reflux. I wish I never wouldve got it because she still has pretty bad reflux and wont sleep in it that long but I recently discoveredthat I think its illegal because its at a 15 incline as stated on their website and I found information saying that anything over 10 incline banned in this country due to being a risk of SIDS and not safe for infants. I sent an email with my order number requesting a refund because I feel lied to and the product was not even that great to begin withbut I got several replies back to my email from them and it was a standard email stating that I did not qualify for a refund I ordered it over ********************************************************************* your money back? I think this business is doing a lot of things that arent legal and we are talking about the lives of innocent babies at risk. I just dont think this is safe and I want my money back and I also want them to not sell the bed anymore if it is indeed illegal with the 15 incline.

    The business claims they will refund if you contact them within 14 days after delivery. I contacted them BEFORE delivery was made letting them know I was going to want to start a return once it arrived and asked how to do so with no response and then again AFTER it was delivered several times via email as directed on their website. After no responses and me leaving several comments on their ********* Instagram and TikTok I then received an email telling me there are new owners to the business so they are no longer responsible for past refunds. After disputing this and saying I will continue to post on their ********* they responded that actually they dont need to refund me because its now been 17 days. When I responded that its only day 17 of THEM responding to me and that I emailed them way before it arrived AND the day it arrived. They have stopped responding to me.
