    Dentta ******* shipped our dental office unsolicited dental product "TransTemp". We never agreed to receive this product. No one in our office ever gave an OK to send the product. We have called their office many times and left messages requesting a call back and return address label. They don't answer and they don't call back. The product is unopened and ready to send back. This company is a SCAM. I can see from past victims there is a pattern of the same excuses. I do not understand how this company is still allowed to continue these fraudulent business practices and bare the **** of being an Accredited Business by BBB. As you can see from all the other complaints listed here they are ****ed as solved because they simply are returning to sender after making complaints. This here is a Huge waste of time and resources from the practice to even have to entertain calling and explaining the fraudulent activities to the company that created the Fraud and to the BBB for allowing it to continue. The common outcome after filing a complaint like this is the Scam company offering send out a Manila envelope to return . Needless to say i am documenting this notice here and putting DENTTA ******** on notice in event any further fraudulent attempts made to invoice this office .

    Thank you for contacting us, our sales representative called your office for confirmation to try out the product at no costs to you. We have received your calls and called back with confirmation that we sent the pick-up label with paid postage. Your company has already sent back  the product and we have zeroed out the balance. In Addition we sent two pick-up labels at our own costs to ensure customer satisfactions. Return policy was enclosed upon the receive of the product and clearly written that it's an option to purchase the product  otherwise free shipping label is free  for returning the dental product.  We have removed you from our calling list as well.

    We received an order of Transtemp Temp. Cem. ******* 21g and an invoice for payment. Our office did not contact this company and place any order for this product. We've tried contacting them several times regarding this mistake and there is no answer or voicemail.

    *** ****** requested a free shipping label  last 06-02-2025 . We send her  thru fax and email the free shipping label that she requested. They will be returning the product back  as per return policy was enclosed . As soon as the product is  returned, we post as zero balance regardless the product was tried out or still brand new.

We Immediately  emailed to her the free shipping label and paid postage  to ****************************** ). We confirm with them and was able to received that label .  They said  they are preparing to return it.  This product was not paid  nor return issues.

    Dentta Co continues to send unsolicited products and attempts to bill me. I want to return the unrequested product and stop sending them.

Earlier today as you requested a free label , we immediately  emailed that label which incluides the tracking  number #  9405 5401 0515 6000 9622 40 to **********************************  given by ******** from your  office.  Before we send  a product , approval is made and upon the receive of the product company policy is enclosed.  Purchasing our product is optional . No history of  purchase product in this  dental office. We noted  in our system not to offer and products in the future.

    Last week we received an invoice for a product we didn't order and do not have from Dentta Company, Inc. . I did reach out to Dentta Company regarding the invoice for a Transtemp Cement. When I called, of course no one answers the phone. Yet, they returned my call based on caller ID. I told them that we didn't order this Transtemp Cement. They said there is a return policy sent with the product. However, when it's a "sample" of something we don't/won't use they go in the trash. We do not have the "Sample" to return as they stated we would have to do, to avoid paying the bill of $170.99. They have broken multiple laws based on Georgia Law, Federal, as well as Canada Law sending out unsolicited goods and demanding payment. Especially, without prior approval. Which I can say, was not given. I can also verify it through our online phone records that we never received a call from this company to request such approval. The only call record is from their return phone call to me last week. There is no product to send back and collection efforts need to cease. Our next course of action is to contact our company attorney and file a complaint with the **************************CANADA LAW Unsolicited goods or services: relief from legal obligations 13. (1) Except as provided in this section, a recipient of unsolicited goods or services has no legal obligation in respect of their use or disposal. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, s. 13 (1).No payment for unsolicited goods or services(2) No supplier shall demand payment or make any representation that suggests that a consumer is required to make payment in respect of any unsolicited goods or services despite their use, receipt, misuse, loss, damage or theft. 2002, c. 30, Sched. A, s. 13(2).Federal and Georgia law prohibits unsolicited goods and demanding payment. Companies cannot send unordered merchandise and then ask for payment. Recipients are entitled to keep such merchandise as a free gift. REMOVE US FROM LIST & NEVER SEND PRODUCT

    Thank you for contacting us , again we sent out a return pick-up label  manila envelope with postage and tracking number ( first class , ***** to have the product back and zero out the balance. Return policy is enclosed upon the receive of the product and was explained before is was sent. Our trial kits are full size because we believe in our  product. Our phone records state you threw the product away and in good faith will put this as company loss and zero out the invoice, anyway. And to clarify our business  , we are located in *** and not in ******. Thank you.

    We did not order any product from this company. Same problem the 17 other people have listed with you. They are demanding payment for a never wanted and returned product.

    This company supposedly sent dental products (we have never ever placed an order with this company) via ****** They are now billing us for products that we never ordered. This seems to be common practice for this scam company based on complaints here and ****** reviews. We will not be paying these scammers for items we never ordered.

    Thank you for contacting us, the dental products are a free trial kit where if the doctor likes the product after trying, they have the option to keep it as explained  by our sales representatives. However , enclosed is the package upon the received of the product the return policy or instructions to have product returned at no cost to the dental office.  We provide free shipping label envelope , which is clearly written  in the return policy. We have sent  out a return parcel with paid postage yesterday.  Noted in our system not to do any transaction in the future in this dental office. Thank you

    This company sends products as "samples" that have not been requested, then later follows with an invoice for a billed amount. We originally paid ****** in January 2023 because we thought we accidently ordered from the wrong supplier. You will see an attached invoice with a note asking to be removed from their list in July 2023. I spoke with someone at their facility to personally ask to be removed. We received the other attached invoice this month requesting payment of ****** for products sent to our office. The products are being shipped with out request and we are responsible for the cost if not returned but the packaging the supplies come in does not state that fact. That information comes later on the invoice. This is not good business, especially when you can clearly see in red writing the request to be removed. Our office should not be responsible for the product or the shipping to return a product we did not request. This is a scam and has probably cost many lots of money or a collection notice.

    I apologize if I was supposed to reply in the BBB portal. I couldn't find the selection to allow me to email/upload the information. I have attached/forwarded the correspondence from DenttaCO and my reply. I'm sending in effort to provide you with all the information. The email from them is hard to read, but they sent proof showing we received the product. DenttaCo also stated they have sent a return label. The product is in new condition and will be returned. I am hoping to never receive solicitation from their business again.

    Dear Dentta Co,

    The response from you all to the BBB was I missed the return policy. I in fact did not. I do not want your unsolicited products mailed to our office. In addition to making the complaint with the BBB. I have reached out to *****, ***** and the State of *******. I am formally putting in writing for the third time Habersham Dental declines to have any of your products shipped to our office. According to our State regulation following Federal law in place regarding unsolicited merchandise, you have no legal obligation to return it, though you may choose to do so if the item is of substantial value; nor do you have to pay any subsequent bills the company may send you.  

    The package is awaiting mail run for pick up. This will be the last time "unused product" will be mailed back. 

    Please review this article from the State of ******* concerning unordered merchandise.

    The resolution I wish to have in this matter is to not have your company send any unsolicited merchandise/products to our office. The next steps of action will be to contact the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. 


    I will not jump through hoops to return items not requested in the future, which includes requesting a prepaid return label that is not sent unless requested. We will also not pay any amounts you feel is due for lack of product return.

    We are a dental office in *********, ** and received dental products from a company in *******, **. DENTTA *** ****************************************************************************************** ************* ************* FAX************* ******************************* When we received the product, it was the first time we ever heard from them. We never placed an order with them, and assumed this was a sample to try them out. However, after a few weeks we got an invoice for the product. We just received a second invoice attempting to collect. I sent them an email letting them know their unrequested product is intact and ready to be shipped back.When we looked them up it seems like it is what they do. They send unrequested products to dental offices, and then charge them for it. We refuse to be intimidated by such scammers, and will not comply with them for unsolicited orders.We have an outstanding balance of: $170.99 Please advise if there is a certain way we need to proceed in order to prevent future scams.

    They are a scam. They send products with no invoice and so you assume it is a sample. We never ordered anything from them and then two weeks later they send out an invoice for the product. They then make you go through the hassle of reaching out to them to return the item in order to "resolve" the matter. When you call and speak to their receptionist ******** she has no answers, can not prove you received the package (that wasnt asked for mind you) and then disconnects the phone. We will no longer be paying this business for orders we did not approve nor will we be sending any of them back.

     I am rejecting this response because: The "sample" you sent over a month ago was thrown out and will not be returned as it was not approved by anyone in our office and the providers will not use product from an unknown source that sends things on a whim. According to Colorado State Law Section 6-6-102 "If a person deliberately and intentionally mails or sends goods, newspapers, or periodicals of a value in excess of $20 to a person in this state without first receiving an order for such items, the items are presumed to be a gift." Your thin attempts at veiling your deception behind claiming to have spoken with a staff member who agreed to receive a sample is unfathomable and fradulent. Agreeing to receive a sample automatically implies there will be no charge, unless the charge is otherwise explicitly stated and it was not. We will not be paying for the gift you sent according to our state law and regulation and not only will we demand you no longer send anything to our company, but any open invoices will need to be considered a loss on your part. We owe you nothing.
