    This company will send you a product that you didn't order. You assume its a sample. Then they send an invoice. They will not answer the phone so that you can return the item. This is the second time this has happened. This business needs to be shut down immediately.

    THANK YOU to all the companies that have COMPLAINED about DENTTA CO, INC. This company is a 100% scam! We ordered nothing, however, based on public records they sent us a product and then sent an invoice requesting payment for the product. I do all the inventory for my practice and I never requested anything from this company nor will I ever request a product from them. I will not even waste a stamp in my reply to them. This company should be fined and hopefully closed down for unethical business practices. That said, here is a message to DENTTA CO, INC.:
    Next time feel free to leave an unsolicited/not requested/no strings attached new Mercedes-Benz S600 with all the best options at our mailbox with the keys left inside our business mailbox; since you like sending products not requested by consumers you might as well opt for sending something classy. Hope you do not see 2024.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and although the information in the company's response is inaccurate, the resolution is satisfactory to me.  My company never agreed to receive their product.  Again, I consider DENTTA CO's practices unethical and they should be fined for what they are doing as well as be forced to cease such practices.

    We received an invoice from a company that never sent us the product with a bill of $14,000.00 dollars. They launched an investigation against us with FEDEX that we never ordered, nor received. So many complaints say the same things.

    Thank you for contacting us.  We have checked our records and have  see, that had a past invoice but ever since has been zeroed and resolved. Now that you cannot provide the $ 14,000 invoice shows you are over exaggerating claims. We had an issue that was resolved and now  you are trying to make false accusations  with this $ 14,000 invoice. We have since ceased contact with you office.  As  we have no pending issues  with this company.

    There is no exaggeration of costs, just like all of your other reviews this is the scams your company does daily. We would like a formal apology for wasting our time and using our company's information to send or fraudulently bill for product that was never ordered. We appreciate the fact that this has been zeroed out as that is exactly what should have been done from the beginning instead of launching a FedEx investigation towards our company, that has never heard, ordered or approved any kind of orders from your company. This said invoice that we are "exaggerating" was disposed of early on as we were not going to allow any of our accounting team make a clerical by accidentally submitting payment to a fraudulent company. Especially one that stated to us on our first call to disregard the billing error, to then be investigated by Americas & Aviation Security. So as mentioned on our last call with your company and as you have stated no further contact with our company and a formal apology is requested to satisfy our company's distress during this entire investigation. As we will never be able to get our wasted time compensated or the distress our staff was put under with the threatening call from one of your representatives.

    This company is very deceitful. They mail you products you have NEVER purchased or even shown interest in and then mail you an invoice hoping you won't notice and pay. In a dental office supplies are ordered in bulk. This deceptive conduct can easily be overlooked and that's what they hope for. This item was NEVER signed for or received and now they demand payment. They have a made up fedex received signature from a person that does not even work here. BEWARE and report them. They should not exist.

    Thank you for  contacting us. We Call offices before sending our products and include a  printed out paper for how to send  the product back free of Charge. We have already send out an envelope with a pre paid  postage to send the product back . FedEx tracking  -Global  is the best reliable carrier. We Also  reported to  FedEx  that your  are claiming  that   nobody  from your office by the name  A. ********   ( proof of delivery from FedEx  Tracking # ###-###-####64), in order to process you request.

    It is a lie that they contact businesses before sending an unsolicited product. They have done this before with me and the other comments on BBB speak for themselves. We do not have your product because it was never received. You have been told to not send anything to our office after the first time you did this. This is fraud period. A class action lawsuit is heading your way.

    Sends unsolicited products via the mail and then invoices for the product and aggressively tries to collect in an effort to trick ignorant employees into paying. This is against federal law. Here is a link from Minnesota attorney general ***** *******: "Under state and federal law, recipients of unordered merchandise may keep the goods and are under no obligation to pay for or return them. The recipient may treat the merchandise as an unconditional gift—and may use or dispose of the merchandise as he or she sees fit. The recipient also may refuse to accept delivery. Federal law states that the sender cannot send you a bill or collection notice for unordered merchandise."
    There are numerous complaints here and other places about the illegal business practices perpetrated by this company. In no way should this company be accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

    Thank you for  contacting  Dentta Co Inc.  We Spoke to the front desk assistant on November 16th about sending  our trail kit that was free of charge in shipping or try out. Return policy was enclosed.  W e have sent a free pick-up label with paid postage to return the product at no cost to you. Even if the product was open and used we still accept it and take ir as a company loss.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    We have detailed phone records that show we did not receive any calls from this company on the date they stated. Also, the office receptionist denies any knowledge of speaking with someone from this company and did not authorize any shipment of trial samples. Regardless, this supposed verbal permission to ship samples is simply hearsay. A legitimate company receives written permission for sending any product that will later be billed. As you can see from the numerous other complaints regarding this company, they do not call in advance as claimed - they simply ship their unsolicited product and bill for it later, hoping unsuspecting staff will pay it as a routine matter, which appears to qualify as the federal crime of mail fraud. Why have all of the complaints you have received regarding this company been glossed over? A quick search shows 56 Google reviews for this company, the vast majority of which are one star complaints of scam (zero stars is not an option). The stated mission of the Better Business Bureau is “to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust.” There is no telling how many people have been duped by this company’s shady business practices. The BBB should help protect people from this predatory company. Dentta Co. Inc. should not be accredited by the BBB.

    Thank you for your response. We send a letter in writing regarding our product , return policy upon the receive of the product ,and payment is not necessary if you whish to keep it. We enclosed our contact  so we can send a prepaid and envelope to send the product back regardless if you  tried it  or not.     This company send unsolicited products then requires you to pay for them even though you don't receive them. We were told Fed Ex delivered it but we have none of this product in the office. Now they are demanding payment for something I never ordered, never wanted and never received. This is how this company works and should be shut down.

Our Sales representatives contacted your office regarding our product which  was free to try and if you are not satisfied we provide free shipping label envelope with tracking  numbers  to have the item sent back at no cost to you.  We will send you a pick-up label and postage.  We have also provided the FedEx  tracking report with a copy for signature of receiving it. Since you are claiming you do not have the product we will take it as a company loss  and zero out the balance.     We received three bills in the past twelve months from this company for unsolicited products. My inventory manager never ordered anything from this company nor have we ever had a business relationship with them.
    Unfortunately, we did not catch the first two charges. When I called the company they told me that they sent the products and if we didn't send them back we were invoiced. My inventory manager doesn't think we ever even received products or if we did they were thought to be samples and discarded. This company fraudulently sends unsolicited products and requires payment. I am working with my credit card company now to report the fraud.

    Thank you for contacting us at Dentta Company  Inc. We have looked into this case and have seen a history of orders from you office. To be clear, we contact dental offices about a free trial kit that is free to use and we cover all shipping charges, including return postage and packing. We are not an automatic subscription and orders from us are done either through our website or from the office calling us about a reorder.  We understand  mistakes may happen  when handling more than one supplier and it can be difficult to keep track at times.  Our policy , which is also on our website, shows that we have a phone number and email where we can be contacted regarding returns for any reason .  We received your call today regarding the products and we are happy  to inform you that we have mailed out the pre-paid pick-up label envelope and postage on 08/30/2022 to you office for return of the products.

    The products were never ordered by our office.  We have used the same brands of dental supplies for over a decade.  My staff would never agree to a trial of a product that required return or a charge.  I have been in the dental field for over 20 years and have never heard of your products.  There was no mistake.  We never ordered anything from you, period!  You have done this same scheme to other dental offices. Please stop.

    Thank you for  the response.  We understand your frustrations but we do not carry or hold credit card information.  If there was no mistake your office would not have ordered or provide payment  information. We understand things happen and sometimes staff make mistakes.  To make things  easier we will simply zero out the balance  without return of our product , permanent cement automix 21g ( 2 refills) and will take a company loss as our way of finding the middle ground.

    Our sales representative contacted the office that we would send  our free to try out trial material exclusively who tried our product before. If they are satisfied they merely need to  contact us and we will provide  shipping and postage to have the product sent back to us regardless if it's  new or used. After such we close  out any invoice.. The  invoice  is used to help keep our free trial kits accountable to the offices we  contact.  We have already sent out a return label envelope with postage to have the product sent back to us.  Thank you.
