    May 2023 purchased a NineStars garbage can. Included a 2 year warranty. Garbage lid stopped working. Reached out to business multiple times since September ******. No one has resolved this issue. There is no phone number listed to talk to an actual human, only an email address. This is horrible customer service.

    I purchased a brand new NINESTARS DZT-***** automatic, touchless, motion sensor 13-gallon trash can. Not long after purchasing it, I noticed that the lid would not always close all the way after being opened. The trash can had barely been used, so there was no buildup preventing it from closing properly, and I even replaced the batteries I originally had with brand new ones but the lid issue has continued. I reached out to Ninestars *** via its ************** webpage, which has you fill out a form with comments/complaints/questions, and received an email that confirmed receipt of my message and said that I would hear from a Ninestars agent in a few days. I never heard from an agent, so I emailed the company's *************************** at ************************************************** but no one has gotten back to me via email. I then tried calling the company's customer service department phone number, but could not get through to anyone. I just want to speak to someone with the company so they can help me resolve this trash can lid issue or refund me for the $51.31 I spent on it.

    I purchased this motion sensor trash can Stainless Steel 13.2 Gallon Motion Sensor Trash Can by NineStars from ******* on 12/2/22. The battery door has been broken for a while which makes the trash can inoperable and I tried to find solutions and couldnt so finally tried to reach out to *******. They said I had a 2 year warranty with Nine Stars and to reach out to them. They are only reachable by email and havent responded within the 4-5 business days that they said they would. I would like an answer and a replacement for this inoperable lid while Im still in the 2 year warranty period.

    I bought an automatic trash can from ******* and the lid didn't work so I reached out to the manufacturer - Nine Stars - and they asked me for a bunch of information so I sent it to them. I now haven't heard back from them at all. June 23rd was the original complaint. I either want my money back or a new lid.

    NINESTARS - I filed a WARRANTY CLAIM - 5/29/2024 for model DZT-***** automatic touchless trash can to get the lid replaced. After working with customer service and patiently providing all the required unit testing, unit and Amazon order information they promised me a new lid in 3-5 business days. They warranty claim was processed but customer service keeps changing the story about delays in shipping and running out oof the replament part. I believe that NINESTARS is neglecting to send me the warranty replacement. I checked and Ninestars has stock for the replacement lids and are selling and shipping them for profit instead using the inventory to take care of customers with valid warranty claims. I just want another trash can lid.

    Purchased a trash can on 01/28, trash can broke on April 5th. The customer service has simply ignored me. No help whatsoever

    I have gone through 3 units so far, the first two failing after 6 months. Finally bought a third only to find that it is impossible to 'register' the unit for your so called 2 year warranty as your site will not accept the supposed required attachment of my purchase receipt. After seeing the other reviews I see that I have just been wasting my time anyway as you apparently don't honor your warranties anyway.

    I have reached out to the company multiple times regarding my issues with my trashcan. This is my Second trashcan that I purchased that the modem goes out. I want either a refund or a new trashcan.

    i purchased a ninestars dzt 80 35 on feb 8 from aliexpress for *****. now the lid will not work at all. it will not open. i bought a differant one last year at ******* for like ***** and it only lasted a year. waiting on a lid for it still. very bad customer service. no one responds to your emails or your phone calls. i need a new lid for my dzt 80 35 . filled out the warranty letter and sent copies of my purchase already. have tried everything to get this to work and you can here it just spinning inside and will not work at all. sounds like bad gears inside the back of the lid.
