    Bought a grill almost 2 years ago the igniter has failed sent me a replacement part that was used and said the new part is out of stock when I told them it was unacceptable said it might be in stock in ten days its been weeks without being able to use it had some quality issues when I first got it that went unresolved customer service is sub par warranty is not what it should be I now understand why they have an F rating My recommendation would be buy a ******* 7 year warranty

    Had a couple of issues. However, the customer service was EXCELLENT and response was immediate! It was clear that their customers are a priority and that is why I would not hesitate to purchase more of their product.****

    Extremely Frustrated and DisappointedJunk Product and ************************* I purchased the Crythere 200 portable smoker from Ziegre with the hopes of using it on camping trips with my family. Unfortunately, it completely failed right out of the box. The very first time I tried to use itin 2024it didnt work at all. I contacted Ziegre, and while their customer service was responsive through email, none of the troubleshooting steps they provided actually fixed the problem. That entire trip I had planned meals around the smoker, and instead, it just sat thereuseless.Over the following weeks, I spent a ridiculous amount of timeeasily 12 hoursgoing back and forth with their support team, trying to get it to work. Ill give them one star only because they didnt ignore me and genuinely tried to help. They sent multiple auger motors, control panels, and eventually even sent me a second smoker.But heres the part that really pushed me over the edge: the second smoker didnt work either. It wasnt just frustrating that the first one failedhaving a second brand new unit show up with the same issues made the whole experience feel even more like a complete waste of time and effort.Eventually, I gave up. I had to go out and buy a completely different brand of portable smoker, and guess what? It worked the first time I plugged it in. No hassle, no endless emails, no broken partsjust what I had hoped for in the first place.Meanwhile, Im still stuck with two Ziegre smokers that dont work, just taking up space in my garage. Ive lost time, energy, and moneyand now Ill probably have to pay to dispose of them. All I wanted was a working product, but what I got instead was frustration, disappointment, and a huge inconvenience.I cannot recommend this product or this company based on my experience. I wish it had gone differently, but Im left with nothing but regret.

    Ive had nothing but problems with my smoker since I bought it. Ive been emailing them for days and nobody is responding. I will not support them and itll take a lot to change my minds

    My grill started acting up and I reached out to customer service. They communicated well and sent me replacement parts to fix the issue and had great technical material helping me to get through the repair. *** is back to normal, happy customer.

    Does its job! Assembly was okay, got the mystery box and it was okay. Expected a better grill tbh, but the one I got works really well! Smoked brisket, pork ****, and smoke and sear steaks every weekend! I would recommend the company but just buy the grill you want outright. I got the 6002b3

    I purchased a 700D4E in July of 2024. So far I have smoked Ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All were amazing. I have grilled steaks and hamburgers. Temperature control is great. It is easy to clean no issues. Would purchase again.

    I bought a blind box and was new to smoking meats. I received my grill way sooner than I expected the ease of assembly was a 4/5. I did have a couple issues with my grill concerning temperature control which resulted in a little damage but the customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. The sense of urgency to make sure I loved my product was outstanding. I wish I could rate higher than the five stars. Thanks to the customer service my grill is working in tip top shape and I enjoy using my smoker. 10/5 stars keep up the great work. And thank you for being so responsive and helpful when I didnt know what I was doing.

    I purchased my grill (Backyard Warrior 7002C2E (7002F2) Pellet Grill with wifi) May, 2024 and I have had nothing but trouble with the app and connecting to the grill ever since. The smoker itself works great but the reason I purchased the wifi model was for remote monitoring especially for long smoke sessions.Z Grills Email Support is AWFUL. On average, it takes 1 email and 2 followups just to get A response over a few weeks! Then, usually a few more back and forth email responses to get a (temporary) solution weeks later.The newest Z Grills app, v2.0 regularly loses connection to the grill and it takes multiple tries to get it to "see" the grill let alone view the current temperature and settings. This happened again last week and yesterday--basically every grill session this happens. And once again I am waiting for a response from Z Grills Support.I've attempted to call Support in the past and when you eventually get through or receive a callback, that phone support team is helpful but not with technical issues--they refer you to the email support address.I have an Android smartphone running software v14 with a good wifi signal to the grill. I even tried turning off Battery Optimization for the Z Grills app and performed the app hack of running the original Z Grills app for ************************************** order to update the grill's PID firmware, per Z Grills email supports instructions, and yet this problem still persists.I'm really disappointed I paid extra for a feature that only works part time and that Z Grills Support is barely available or helpful even when they do respond.
