    We ordered the built-in microwave convection, we have only had it a month or so but I use it everyday. We have NOT had any issues. I would recommend.

    Worst company out there. I would never buy an appliance from this company again!! Oven broke down 4 times. **************** is pathetic. Asked for a call back from a supervisor 3 days ago and still no response. Was promised product which I never received . This conversation took place over three months ago but no follow through. Just the worst!! STAY AWAY! Do not believe any positive reviews.

    got a new range from them, broken down in the first year. The warranty claim does not get any response for months.Bad FXXK *******, stay away.

    Stay as far away from this outfit as possible. Products shipped are often incomplete . Resolution is a nightmare. Some products purchased had different products delivered with the correct manuals and different BBQ Their response is they cat do anything about it Cabinets with 2 left side panels so cant assemble the cabinet. Factory in ***** = no spare parts Supply chain issues are terrible Save your money . Worst decision we ever made . Been a month and all we have is a garage full of 2/2 assembled parts

    Terrible company producing utter garbage!Purchased duel fuel range that was condemned by repair service because of an interior oven dent making the handle dangerous hot. **** replaced range but without warranty. New range worked for 7 months then stopped heating. Repair diagnosis said needed new control board. Parts were ordered3 months later Im being told the parts will take another month to arrive at **** offices in ********** and THEN will be shipped to my home addressmaking the wait for this part close to 6 months. Thats if it arrives at the 2nd promised time.This is completely unacceptable for an appliance company to sell completely unreliable products and then make NO effort to provide necessary support.

    Horrific Company, equipment and service, and this all starts at the top. Management needs to be FIRED and put someone in charge that get something, anything, anything at all done! You can't find any manager if your life depended on it. I am not even sure they exist Very expensive products and absolutely TERRIBLE service because they need fixed all the time. And PS by the way....they don't have parts, can't tell you when they are coming in or if they are at all. Rough estimate is that maybe in ***** days. Why you ask? Great question! The parts are made in China....bottom line, buy American....NEVER BUY A THOR PRODUCT If I could rate lower than 1 star I would

    Our oven heating element went out 12/23/23. It was replaced. It went out a second time 4/1/24. This is extremely rare and speaks to the quality of the part.
