    We bought a Thor Kitchen 36" **************** Range, ARG36 1 that is still under warranty. The clock on the oven won't keep time, and when the oven is turned on, it makes a terrible vibrating noise at the back of the range. We contacted ****, and they sent a service technician, who tried fixes. He has returned three times. After these attempts, it still vibrates, and we were told that **** hasn't yet figured out the issue with the control panel and the clock. We asked for a new oven, and **** said, no, they would continue to try to repair it.

    I bought a Thor range. The range was delivered November 1. By February 1 it had already broke and stopped baking. It has now been 5 weeks since filing a warranty claim and the range has still not been fixed. Ever day we call and get the same answer. We are looking for a servicer to repair you range. Most recently the excuse was that we are in a remote location. That location is 14 miles outside Bowling Green KY. The third largest city in **. Be advised **** is not a product you want to buy. They don't have service people of their own and apparently independent services don't work on them.

    Purchased a renovated second home with a brand new **** electric oven. Oven has hardly been used since we primarily use the cooktop when we are visiting. Anyway a front burner stopped working. No biggie I think and I call a repair company to come have a look. Well they turned me down and every other repair company I have called ( went through all on the local list) refused to even look it. Their words not mine were that **** looks nice but inside they are pieces of s*** Now the oven won't turn on. I've reached out directly to **** and since I don't have a receipt or the dealer info they will not help me. They did give a repair recommendation but the group they recommended refused to come look saying I was too far away. I am baffled with the customer service and they clearly do not stand behind their products. I have wolf and subzero appliances in my primarily residence and have never had an issued getting one of those techs to service my appliances. Stay away from **** products. I would pay more if it is an option or go with a well known brand that can be serviced easily. Would also like to note I don't live in a remote area but a well known vacation area in **********************

    My ice maker has not worked since day one. **************** is non existent. Emailed called etc etc. now the website wont open. Just perfect 4300 for a piece of junk. Should have bought a sub zero

    Worse company and ever crappier appliances. Buyer beware !! Dont buy! You will be disappointed 100 percent. I have all appliances from Thor and I purchased them 5 months ago and my fridge is out and none will help. It beeps constantly and the ice maker is not working and the freezer is hot. No one will help and no one will come out. They give you the run around and say parts are on order but none has come out yet so how is that even possible? Theyre confused people and cant help you in any way shape or form. We now have to buy another fridge and we spent $4500 On this pile of metal that no service rep can even touch because no service manuals have been created yet for these units. And parts are nowhere to be found. ************ should be shut down.

    I purchased a Thor range hood 4 years ago and had a problem with on and off switch. I called Thor parts to order replacement part. No one would answer so left message. Two days later someone called back and I gave information about range hood model HRH 3006U and they told me they dont make part anymore. If you are smart I would recommend not doing business with ************* Not reputable. 1/11/2024

    I loved this range for a year, but not the small oven wont stay on. Contacts with ************ have been frustrating as they take several weeks to even start a service ticket, then you have to find a commercial repair facility FOR them, and even then they cant get a ticket sent. Oven has been non-functional for over a month now. Very frustrated with THor service

    Dear **** Customer service,You delivered a refrigerator, (******) to ****** in **********. on 9/4/23.The delivery guys set it on the curb and wouldn't even bring it into the garage or house. And none of the hardware attachments came to install the handles.I have called and spoke to a customer Service Representative in September who promised to send the needed parts with no success. It is mid December and ****** has reached out to Thor as well, again with no success. It doesn't speak well of your brand when the customer service is lacking. Could you please reach out to the customer via email or phone and resolve the issue.Thank you so much. Lowes Appliances

    *** never dealt with a more atrocious company in my life. The customer service is the worst excuse for humanity alive. They wont return calls, wont follow through on commitments, refuse to help in any way. *** left 21 voicemails with no call back. I spent a ton of money and bother the stove and the fridge both failed within the first two years and the fridge is still not working. I had to repair the stove myself to get it working

    Do not buy Thor stove. Purchased a **************** 2016 Company sent many people to repair clicking noise, oven door. The problem would stop for a bit and start all over again. The warranty expired and Im still paying for repairs. I got a lemon for stove. The large oven door doesnt seal and small oven doesnt always warms up although both thermostats have been changed
