      Chart BAN-0151-*****-1. On 5/24/24 I had an appt at the ******* location for a painful back molar. I was told I need to have a full set of **rays done for $160. I told them I only need **rays for the one tooth in question. I was still charged and I paid in full $160 before leaving. I only got 2 **rays of the one tooth that was hurting. The tech said that I needed to have the tooth extracted because its too expensive to repair a tooth with a crown.The receptionist said it will cost $834 for the extraction. I consented and made an appt for the following week. The tech urged me to pay in advance for the extraction to make it easier the day of the surgery. So I paid the $160 for **rays and $834 for the extraction. I dont have dental insurance. On 5/29/24 @ 3:30pm, I returned for the extraction. The tech had me sign a lot of paperwork and didnt explain any of it and didnt give me time to read it. The last page mentioned I had consented to having a bone graft added. When I questioned what that is and what the risks are and what type of bone is it. I was told its a donor bone and it helps preserve the jaw. Until I questioned it no one explained I was even getting a donor bone in my jaw. When I was finished I went to the front desk and she asked me if I want to make an appt to get the rest of the **rays. I said no I only needed **rays of one tooth. And I would like to be credited back for the remainder. She then said There is no other **rays so there is no refund. Even though she just asked if I want to get the rest. I asked her for a receipt and break down of charges so she printed them. Tooth extraction cost only $258 but bone graft cost $576. I was not given a choice of having a bone graft. And wasnt told I was having it. It is an optional service that they added without my consent or consultation. Deceptive billing practice. The front desk people were rude and the dentist was very short with me. Overall the worst dental experience Ive ever had.

      My daughter had an appointment on May 13 at ********************************** location for 12. I took her out of school for a procedure. They did not see us till 2. When they saw us, the dentist said she can do the procedure but it will be at 4 so we can leave to eat and come back. I had to sign before I left for the procedure since no insurance and they drafted $173.94 out of my account as down payment. We are and came back at 4. They still had us waiting and said give them till 4:30. I said no thanks and refund me my money. My daughter did not get the procedure. I still have not received my refund. First they said 10 business days, then 15, then today they said after 15 days then they have to send to sunbit and then 6-10 more business days. Now by then it will be time to draft another payment. These people are unprofessional, show no empathy, no compassion, and make exposes about a refund for a service they never did! I want my refund!

      On 4/11, 4/19 and 4/20/2024, I sought dental care at ****** Dental at ************* in **********. This office was listed as an option by my insurance company, *********** During these three visits I experienced careless, inept, sloppy and painful treatment from both the dentists and dental assistants at Western Dental. I continue to experience pain from a routine cavity filling I received on 4/20.The office claimed that I needed a series of treatments totaling $4200 and signed me up for a ************************** payment plan. After the harmful sloppy and careless treatment i received at this office I will not return there and I want to revoke the monthly automatic payments they signed me up for. I am seeking your help in cancelling any future payments to Western Dental, **************************. I am attaching a document with a detailed narrative of the mistreatment and unethical practices of this office.

      Asked if gum swelling is normal ***** said that it was.. it indeed was not They did not want to take out the braces until after they were paid for again. months go by and i start spitting out blood clots in October early morning. My mother had to call and **** at the office for them to take off the braces entirely.

      I had been to this location on Saturday for an exam, at that time I had provided my ***************** At the end of the exam I realized my secondary insurance which is a principal PPO insurance had kicked in and was ready to use. I had told them I intended to use it at that time ******, a receptionist told me it was accepted and it was one the best insurances out there. Fast forward to the following Saturday, i set up my appointment to go accept my contract and see what the breakdown is with both insurances. The manager ****** who is extremely rude and has turned that place upside down from when last I remembered it came and said that that location doesnt have a doctor accepting principal PPO any longer. The Tuesday after that I called into the office with customer service to confirm what ****** had told me. I ended up speaking with ****** and she said that they had another doctor who accepted principal PPO. After that ****** became so emotional and angry she decided to tell me that she cant schedule a procedure for me unless I pay the full cost of the procedure which I would have done but reading the reviews of the location, theyre very untimely and unethical so I dont need a situation where an appointment I paid for gets canceled, aside from that ****** is very retaliatory, meaning she would have canceled my appointment on purpose just to mess with me. I say that because when I called customer service and we three wayed ******. She blatantly told me that shes not going to argue anymore, wecannot now see eye to eye and because of that I cant come to that location again. Ive been basically trespassed for no reason. Im making this complaint because I am already seeking legal recourse. Ive dealt with people like ****** before and I dont mind dealing with Brident to pass the message to always properly vet your employees and hold them responsible so theyre problems dont fall on the company. Please corporate reach out to me to wrong this. It was recorded too

      Western dental has my account on collections for service I did not fully get. They refused to take off my braces. Not only that but I only had them for 2 months. My deep cleaning I only got the bottom part of my treat never the top

      MY FIRST APPT WAS IN NOVEMBER TO BE SET UP FOR DENTURES. SERVICES WERE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. I HAVE HAD TO GO IN SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO FIND OUT MOLDS WERE BROKEN AND COULDN'T RECIEVE SERVICE. I JUST WENT IN IN MAY TO FIND OUT ONCE AGAIN THEY COULD NOT PERFORM ORAL SURGERY DUE TO TEETHE BEING MARKED INCORRECTLY FOR SURGEON. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 6 MONTHS NOW, ONLY TO RECIEVE NOTHING, EXCEPT FOR LOSS OF PTO TIME, FUEL, AND INTEREST PAID ON CARD THAT I PAID FOR SERVICES WITH. THIS IS NOT RESPECTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR ANY BUSINESS. THEY ALSO WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY HAD MY ACCOUNT SO MESSED UP THAT THEIR CORPORATE KEPT BILLING ME FOR SERVICES AND THIS IN TURN WENT TOWARDS MY CREDIT REPORT. THEY WERE UPSET WITH ME FOR TELLING THEM I NO LONGER NEEDED THEIR SERVICES.

      They put braces on my son knowing he had a tooth growing in. Then refused to remove them to pull the tooth because of lat payment. Payments got updated but they still refused to remove the braces. Until I told them i would contact the ****** My son was unable to receive dental care from anyone else for a year.

      I feel as if the entire purpose of my dental visit was to upsell me on a product that they provide called GumX. They made it sound like a prescription that I needed rather than what it is. Ive read similar reviews online of other people who have been convinced to purchase this. I went in the next morning (maybe 3 business hours since I left) and requested that they not move forward with the product or any treatment on my end, at which point the person said they could maybe get 20 percent of my money back.

      I have been using western dental since I was a child. I have received OK care up until the past three years. I have been making several appointments to get treatment the first five appointments I was getting x-rays back to back without receiving treatment and they knew what needed to be done, they will make appointments and will cancel them and wont have an available appointment months out. I am in severe pain and stated that every appointment, I have been taking medication every day to help the pain which is not helping by the way all I would like is to receive the treatment that I deserve , since I have also been having to miss multiple days of work just to get redirected and turned around. I would also like money taken off of my treatment total since Ive had to go through the circus just to get my treatment.
