I purchased a deep cleaning from WD - after paying ahead of time, at my appointment I requested they do not do the antibiotic irrigation as it was not covered by insurance. They argued with me, but when I insisted the doctor said he would do the irrigation free of charge. I said that works for me, and they agreed to send me a refund. It is now May 16 and despite visiting in person twice and calling their phone several times and sending two emails, they have provided no refund and in fact billed me erroneously for even more. At the in person visit, the person working the front desk acknowledged the bill sent is wrong and that they owe me money. I requested email confirmation, and they wrote my email down and then sent me nothing. They can see in their internal systems that the refund is owed, but no one is willing to help me with this. They usually don't answer their phones, so any request I have to drive to ********* from ************, only for them to avoid helping me as much as possible.I just want a refund equivalent to the amount they are erroneously billing me for and for the extra charge to be confirmed revoked and I will move on.I paid $805 Patient responsibility was $332 (Cigna Claim shows this)I should be refunded $473 The bill of $385 should be confirmed destroyed I should be paid for my wasted time calling (3x 1hr) and time spent and gas paid driving (2x 3hr, 23.4 miles) because they are intentionally failing to run their business in a way that would prevent such an issue (evidenced by ignoring absolutely fundamental claims like email acknowledgement this happened and must be fixed, failure to answer phones, failure to respond to email)

On March 6, 2024 I had an appointment with Western Dental to get only x-rays of my teeth and a FREE dental consultation. When I left that day, I had been talked into signing up for a dental procedure (periodontal deep cleaning) and product (nightguard with medicine) that I do not need. I was billed $1,458.50 on a new credit card (CareCredit) that I never asked for. On March 8th, I called and spoke to the office manager (*******) at Western Dental to try and cancel the procedure and product, but she was not helpful and did not assist me. On March 15, 2024, I opened a dispute with CareCredit for the $1,458.50 bill. On April 9th, I had an appointment with my family dentist, and he gave me a second opinion and he told me that I DO NOT need a periodontal deep cleaning procedure. On April 25, 2024, I was informed via email from CareCredit that my dispute was declined. On May 6th, 2024, I opened a re-dispute with CareCredit. I was told that I would be contacted by their investigators about this re-dispute.

My son ******************* has been attending this dentist for some years now . Went to get work done today and the children dentist who was on site on 5/13/24 was very unprofessional while doing my sons dental work . He was screaming and crying very loudly to the point where he was trying to jump out his seat which concerned me as a parent .she was not compassionate at all about the situation at all. Instead of trying to make my son feel comfortable she was arguing with me . Ive been attending this western dental For years so I was in tears because of How we were treated . She stopped working in the middle of job and refused to finish his work .

I scheduled an appointment on April 10th for a braces consultation. I hadnt been to the dentist in over 6 years so my intention was to go to the consultation, get an estimate, see my general dentist, and come back for braces. When I went to my consultation on the 10th, they gave me my estimate and told me that I can receive a discount if I get them that day. I told them Id love to, but that I hadnt been seen by a dentist in several years. I then asked if I should get my general work done first. I was assured that it would be perfectly fine to apply the braces first, and get my general work done after. I trusted their word, considering theyre the professionals, paid in full and the braces were applied that day. A few weeks later, I scheduled an appointment with my general dentist (outside of Western Dental) to get my general work done. When my dentist saw my teeth in the condition they were in, with braces on, she was confused, bothered, and surprised. I myself was surprised by her reaction. She goes on to tell me that by the regulations of the state board, my treatment would be considered unethical and done completely out of sequence. She says shes not able to do proper X-rays and that some of the brackets are blocking her ability to see potential cavities. She deemed it as unethical and recommended I demand a full refund. After my appointment with my general dentist, I reached out to Western Dental and let them know that I did not appreciate the dishonesty and based off the reaction and opinion of my general dentist I dont feel comfortable proceeding in treatment and Id like a full refund. They said they will schedule me for an appointment to remove the braces as well as process a refund but that it will not be full. They want to give me nearly HALF of what I paid. They want to refund me *****. I paid ***** for these braces and havent even had them on a month yet. I want a full refund.

Western Dental Contract/Account Number: ******* Contact phone #: ************** My name is ***************************, and since on/about 02/2024, Western Dental keeps sending me bills and calling me, stating that I have an unpaid balance from 05/2021. On March 27, 2024, I contacted Western Dental (*********************************************) where I had my dental work done, and spoke with the manager ******************************* *************) to clear up any discrepancies and she concurred that my balance was $0. ****** indicted she has made notes on my account and that ***************************************** billing should be able to clearly see there are no monies due. I have all my receipts as proof that I have made all the required payments. Its getting out of control, no matter how many times I keep telling the billing department that I owe absolutely nothing, they ignore my pleas. They keep saying I owe money and that if I dont pay I will go to collections, it will affect my credit, and that they will contact the police. They are clearly trying to instill fear in me. I have clearly told them several times I am a senior of 72yrs old and that their verbal harassment by phone is causing severe stress physically and mentally. I dont know what else to do.

Called Brident dental to get my statement balance, and the customer service representative was unable to provide me with my balance. Begin to inquire about why my balance amount and my statement that I received in the mail or different. Representative was only able to tell me that it was due to interest. As representative to pull the statement itself so that we can see what the difference in numbers were, and they were unable to see the balance for the month. I have been making payments on this account of almost $3000 and would like to have information released to me on payments that are made.Seeking to understand why the representative cannot assist me with locating my balance for the month? Also not understanding why the number that I see on my statement and the number that they are looking at in their system are different.I would like to have some type of statement to see what all has been paid and verify that the payments up.At this time to resolve the issue, I remitted payment, but I need documentation showing that payment was made and remitted and would like transaction details to see the balance that is currently accruing.Attached are all my previous statements for the month of February March and April. I am needing the representative of the company to send me the account statement for the month of May as well as trying to get clarification on payment. I would like for someone for the company to call me and assist me with at least getting a report of what is currently owed as well as a transaction listing of payments so that I can make sure the account is reflects the correct amount, after calling customer service they were unwilling to help me and the customer service rep did not have access to my current statement

They used advertising to get me to buy a product, that even after about a year I have not received. I ended up spending over $1000 on a product I haven't been able to use and it has caused a hardship. They closed down the clinic I was going to and made me make new appointments at this clinic for about a year later. A few days before the appointment they told me no providers would be in the office and I called, where they proceeded to tell me this clinic was inactive as well. So they gave me the address to this one and a number to call, so I rescheduled for September. Upon looking at my text messages I noticed it says my appointment and the address of the clinic I just placed the call, so someone must have messed up information. My mouth is in pain and there are not many clinics taking patients due to waitlist being very long and I feel like I was tricked and missed out on a vital appointment to have my teeth examined.

I went to western dental to get dentures. On the day they were supposed to extract all my teeth, the dentist, who spoke no English and had the tech translate pulled 1 tooth and told me they were done. I told them that I was supposed to have all my upper teeth pulled as discussed at my initial visit and the tech said that wasnt her problem and to take it up with the staff up front. After going up front and mentioning it to them, they brought me back again and I could tell they were both irritated! Their demeanor went downhill quick! They seemed to be ******* to get my teeth pulled and the dentist jabbed me with the needle for the numbing agent pretty hard. I was pretty upset but decided to let it go and figured there was some kind of miscommunication. The first set of dentures did not fit at all so they took impressions for my teeth. They never provided me with temporaries to at least eat with. I came back for my dentures on April 30th and was informed they cancelled my appointment. They may have tried to contact me, but didnt leave a message and I took time off work and wasted gas to go to the appointment. I asked for the dentures at least since I was there and they would not give them to me. I am still without my upper dentures and decided to get a second opinion because I noticed bone protruding out of my gums. My new dentist informed me that there were fragments left behind and had to remove them! I get that mistakes happen, but this is a big mistake that could have cause an infection and gotten me really sick! I should have known when the miscommunication when they did my extractions that they could not be trusted! I was going to switch dentists anyway after I received my dentures, but they cancelled my appointment and didnt bother to tell me and made me waste time and gas to drive there to find out! I am pretty sure if I missed my appointment, they would have charged me a cancellation fee! I do not want to go back there!

Western Dental Orthodontist in ************ is the worst! Also their customer service is not helpful at all!I brought my son there in Mar. 12, 2024 for braces consultation only but the office representative is being pushy to have the braces started right away and opened a Care Credit account that I'm not fully aware of. Before i agreed to have the braces started i asked if we can go to any office in case of emergency and she said yes. After a week or so my son's brackets are falling off and it's uncomfortable for him. I tried to contact them alot of times and I found out that we can't go to other location they have bcoz of bs reason and everything are just falls information from the office representative. From that day I been so disappointed and tried to cancel the treatment. The cancelation and dispute is still on going for almost been a month and I'm still being charged for the treatment that my son didn't received. The insurance paid them for $547.50 and I'm still being charged for $1705 for no reason. Pls we really need help. They charged my insurance already and now I'm being charged from care credit that I didn't sign up.
