      My complaint refers to Western Dental at the location I described. In short, I paid for services that were not rendered and the location agreed to refund my money. It has been a month and I have not received my $1,400. Their customer service team has failed to get back to me in the promised timeframe and I have submitted multiple requests. I have also re-requested the refund. I have signed documentation from the office that states the refund.-This office has horrible customer service. I have tried to call them 15 times over the last month (during business hours) and I get no answer at least 50% of the time. When I do get an answer, I am often put on hold and the line will hang up after 10 minutes of being on hold.-After I got my first moldings done, I was scheduled an appointment 4 weeks later to get my trays. When I showed up, they had me in the chair for 20 minutes before they realized they did not have my trays. They then rescheduled.-When I showed up to the rescheduled appointment, they informed me they needed to retake my moldings and I did so.-I waited several weeks and was not contacted. After I failed to contact them after trying for another week, they finally answered and asked me to come into the office on two hours notice. Once I came in, they tried to take my molding again. I asked them to stop and then they finally informed me that they failed to take the molding again. At this point, I asked for and was granted a refund.- I waited 3 weeks for the refund before I began calling them. Again, it took me almost another week to get ahold of them. At the same time, I received a collections warning for $3,000!-Once I got in contact with the office, they told me I had to contact corporate about the false $3,000 charge. The office also said that they had submitted the refund request to corporate, but it was dwelling. I asked the to resubmit.-Since then I have called the office, corporate, and customer service several times to no avail and no support.

      I am not liable for this debit with Western Dental. I do not have a contract with Allied Collection Services. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

      My first trip to Western Dental in **************** was on January 5th, 2023. I've been back to this corporate-owned dental office for 3 different refitting appointments for the same maxillary partial denture. This was all in the past year. The glue used on the denture fails to hold the teeth together, for all 3 devices. I still have the 3rd broken denture. Western Dental hangs up on me every time I try to call the corporate grievance department. I just wanted a refund, or a new device from a different dentist. I spoke to someone at the grievance department, and they told me the best course of action was to contact the grievance and appeals department at ***** Dental. That's what I did, and it was fruitless. I thought Delta Dental would try to reach out to Western Dental, to facilitate a refund. They would not do this. There is no stipulation in my Delta Dental PPO insurance contract that requires Western Dental to give an unsatisfied customer a refund, for shoddy workmanship. In addition, I would have to wait until 2028 if I want another dentist to make a new partial denture.There is no sufficient resolution for a dissatisfied customer. It is apparent that this dentist, or the lab they use, does not have the ability to make a partial denture that lasts for the average lifespan of 5 to 15 years.

      I have been getting phone calls from this company daily if not twice a day since March 30th. I have answered several times to let representatives know they are calling the wrong person as they are looking for a ******************* (each voicemail states so as all calls from their blocked numbers all go to voicemail, but they always leave one so I'm forced to deal with them regardless). Each time I've been told that my number would be removed and I would no longer be called. I am still receiving these calls and it's getting to the point where this is just harassment. I would like the calls to stop and they may as well send the bill to collections for this person and leave me alone. I have never been seen by this company nor have I had any dealings with them prior to the calls.

      I made an appointment to be seen as a new patient and gave all my sensitive health information including my insurance information. They even sent a confirmation text to my phone number stating my appointment was confirmed for Monday April 4 at 9am. However when I arrived in person to the ********** location in **** **. There were flyers on the doors stating they were closed because the dentist had passed away on January and that this happens every Monday and Wednesday that people show up confused. I was there with about 5 other people who also had supposed appointments to be seen. I called the number on my appointment confirmation text and a man told me they were open and to stand by the door he lied to me when it was not open.

      In December of 2023 I went to Western Dental in ***************. I was told my only option was to get dentures. Western Dental has been working to get my dentures fitted properly. My last appointment was Tuesday, April 2, 2024. The dentist was supposed to fit my lower dentures. They won't seat properly. The female dentist went to ask a question and never returned to speak with me. I left the office after waiting 20 minutes for her to return. Now I'm left with ill fitting dentures and no way to get them corrected. My insurance covered the cost.

      I called 1/9/24 to cancel gum x treatment, I did not get any xrays or trays ordered or any molds done, no services rendered for the treatment , no product, i have emailed and called multiple times to ****** and western dental. Was told multiple times at western dental that that a manager was escalating the cancellation and nothing , today my credit was hit for non payment. You can pull every single call from my number to western dental. They assured me that i "owe" nothing, yet my credit was lowered, i keep getting calls of missed payment . Im infuriated and frustrated

      Western Dental was informed that patient needed emergency restorative work on far back molars. such as fillings, partial or crowns, officered by ***************** and nothing else but instead, likely out of greed, the old dentist wants to painfully pull out teeth that still have healthy roots and with no pain, and just need restoration not removal, so they are lying about this, and they are also lying about providing the extensive painful x rays they took almost two hours that include a. a full mouth x ray, b. panoramic x ray and c. a total full mouth photo x-rays. When patient disagreedwith dentist, the office became vindictive, and elected to lie to the patient about sending the x-rays by emails, that they originally agreed to do, but day after day, despite repeated phone, calls they just continue to lie and refuse to send them. This is also ***************** fraud, as the insurance paid them in full for the x rays, so they are defrauding CA ***************** attempting to steal the money! Also this proves the Western Dental is dishonest and wanted to take advantage of the patient actually inflicting torturous pain by removing teeth that do not need to be removed and we will prove this by finding a restorative honest dentist. So they are also committing malpractice as current we have a demist in ****** requiring the x-rays to create a treatment plan and cannot do this as they will not respond to their email request for the x-rays either! Western Dental are thieves', liars, and evil villains. Please insist they stop their malpractice and email the xrays at once!

      I went to the dentist on February 24, 2024, and was advised in a treatment that was planned and set to start the following weekend. They charged my CARE credit card almost $2800 on that first appointment where they did no work! They stated the initial check up was free. Then I went in March 2, 2024, in hopes to continue the plan. Not one person talked to me while I sat there until the dentist just comes over and was about to put a needle with my mouth to start numbing. This is something I was unaware of and I have a fear of needles. No one advised me of this. I questioned the use of the needle and the dentist got up and had an assistant come over and tell me that the doctor is now refusing to service me and they will refund my money within a month. Not only have they not refunded me, but when I spoke to someone in their financing department, the customer service agent refused to transfer me to a supervisor and then hung up. I have tried working with the company directly but they have refused to be helpful. I need my money back so I can get proper dental care!
