      March 23, 2024 I went to western dental for full mouth extractions.Dentist ************** gave me multiple shots of local Anesthesia. I told him and the assistant that I feel everything with that so I would need Anesthesia or a sedative to proceed With extracting. I felt one lower right molar being broken half And he left it that way. He continued to pull three teeth on the bottom left molars to which broke and he had to drill them out, I did not heal properly. He could not finish the job because I was screaming, crying, shaking, swallowing pieces of my teeth. The assistant was not fully communicating with me as to what the dentist was saying ************** did not speak English, and I did not speak Spanish or instant. The assistant After ************* left the room the third time that he will have to refer me to someone else. I was asked to leave immediately so I got up went to front desk, asked for ice for my face. They would not provide ice or any after care instructions. I was given a prescription for amoxicillin and 325 mg Tylenol. I bled for 4 days. My stitch came out 5 days by itself. I suffered infection, improper healing and mental trauma. As of 4/23/24 I still have pain eating Ear and jaw discomfort I was told I would not feel pain for the procedure

      Owe me Refund since Jan 2024 keep promising and NO Results..refuse to discuss..horrible Service Crooks ?? All I want is what's owed to me Refund # *********..******************* is mgr..and the problem!! Their mistake not ours... Terrible Business Ethics!!! Please Help!!!

      I went to western dental on March 26 th, I was seen for routine examination and X-rays. I was scheduled to have a tooth extracted on the 28th of March. The office canceled my appointment, the excuse was, because the Dr would be out of the office on that day. The message stated, to call the office to reschedule. I did that. I was rescheduled for today at 5:00 pm, to have the extraction. I received a message not a call this time saying my appointment had been canceled, it didnt say to call the office, to reschedule. Just that my appointment had been cancelled. No reason, or explanation why. I called the office today, the excuse was a better Dr. that specializes in extractions would be available on the 22nd of this month. That is the day they wanted to schedule me for. I have paid these people in advance for the extraction. I called their corporate office. They told me it will take 20 to 45 days for a refund to my card, mean while, I have scheduled an appointment with another Dental Office, and I need my money immediately to pay them. They created this issue by not giving me the care I need, and forcing me to go elsewhere. I dont want to be held hostage by a company that doesnt value customer service or support. Please I need this resolved immediately. Thank you.

      The incident took place on March 13th it was a Wednesday I had an appointment to go in and be put under anesthesia to have five of my teeth removed two of my wisdom teeth on the bottom and a cavity next to my bottom left wisdom tooth and then two teeth right above those Western dental charged my debit card for 40 bucks and I signed up with their insurance people sunbit to cover the procedure that was supposed to be done that was never done I canceled my appointment the same day I left that same day 2 Days later I'm being called by a debt collector through sunbit for financing company they use for $500 debt when I had absolutely nothing done to my teeth Western dental as well as calling me to collect debt from me when nothing was done to my teeth I had no services provided to me I left the same day of my appointment I did not have anything done and now I have Western dental and send it their financing company calling me for debt money I don't have and for services that never were provided to me because I left! I'd say about three maybe four or five days later I went back into Western dental because they did not give me back my ID so I had to go back in to get my ID I did talk to you what I believe is the manager about the situation she said that she took care of it she took care of everything when she didn't because Sun bit still calling me for debt that I do not have harassing me! All of this is on my credit and I need your guys's help please I would like to have sunbit stop calling me and have them take all of their stuff off my credit report and Western dental as well I don't want them calling me and harassing me for money that they didn't earn nothing was done to my teeth I had no operation done I never went through with my appointment I walked out of my appointment nothing was done to my teeth nothing I had nothing done to my teeth no teeth were pulled I have all of my teeth still nothing was done and they're calling me to steal money from me money I don't have

      I am not liable for this debt with western dental **** I do not have a contract with hp ***** , they did not provide me with the orignal contract as requested.

      They told me my insurance didn't really cover the treatment which I thought was the deep cleaning so I had to pay an absurd amount but really what they wanted me to pay was for GUMX which they told me I needed when in reality I did not.(GUMX is their own product where they take molds of your teeth and you put gel on them so it can help clean your gums) I hadn't gone to the dentist in several years, so I thought I needed it but after the deep cleaning and proper care of my teeth and gums (flossing almost every day) you realize you don't need it and they just push the product on to you like it's a necessity. they made me pay first by signing up for a credit card before they did my deep cleaning. they don't explain how much the **** product cost and make it seem like it's part of the deep cleaning.

      I went in to have a consultation for wisdom teeth and cavities. They were not completely open about the time and procedures that were going to need to be done. When I brought these concerns up they were rude. I decided to cancel my appointment before they even started. When leaving I made it very clear that I no longer would be seeking any treatment from them. They continued to call me multiple times a week for several months. Every time they would call I would ask them to stop calling me and stop calling my insurance claiming I was a patient. They have not stopped. Even after speaking with the manager they tried to blame me saying I must not have told them and they have to call all their patients about upcoming appointments and money owed to them. I DO NOT HAVE ANY UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS AND I DO NOT OWE MONEY WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED TREATMENT. They do not care that they are adding stress to people's life by constantly calling and harassing them. They are very unprofessional and prey on low income communities. It is horrible how they treat people when they are supposed to be helping people.

      Western dental has sent me to numerous locations where I have had to miss work and my kids miss school only to tell me Im not at the right location I have spoke with supervisors and have waited months for my dental work with luck of seeing a doctor I have ended up in the emergency room and been subscribed narcotics and antibiotics due to their neglect of there patients

      In the past Ive had western dental as my dentist. I was going to get braces and never did. They somehow are charging me for $600 when services were never rendered. This continues to hit my credit account even though *** settled this with the office as they agree that I owe them nothing. Expect I keep getting this collection from this company and I think the corporate office is not communicating with the local office to get this settled. I need this to stop happening as Im working very hard to raise my credit score. I continue to dispute this over and over again. This is my third dispute.
