      was pressured into changing appoints last minute on several occasions due to consecutive doctor ********** at last minute. made appointments for me where when i showed i had to wait a additional hour because after they were closed for lunch the doctor then went to lunch. they try to sell you stuff you either do not need or is not covered by insurance after being told if not covered by insurance i dont want it

      My mother had 4 teeth pulled and they sent her home with no antibodies or pain medication. 24 hours later and still nothing. She has called and called, and nothing.I called and hit "0" for emergency and I was hung up on 4 different time.I wish I could give them zero stars. This is an absolute nightmare.

      I was given a high-pressure sales pitch to buy an expensive treatment to prevent gum disease while a dentist was working on my teeth. I had to pay for it in cash. I was overwhelmed and confused, but I signed. I didn't get the details of the plan and was surprised to learn weeks later it was fluoride treatments. They were reluctant to give me written details of what I was receiving, and the list of treatment they finally gave me was so abbreviated that I have no idea what it said or what I was actually receiving. In addition, I got bad care from multiple dentists there who gave me conflicting information. There was a lot of confusion. One dentist who filled a cavity was hostile and made little attempt to relieve my pain after I cried out. Also I told her another tooth hurt after they had worked on it, but she refused to listen and kept insisting it was gum sensitivity. She sprayed a long blast of icy water on my gums trying to make it hurt, but it didn't work because it's not gum sensitivity but pain under the gum line. She didn't care. I left their office feeling scolded, afraid and more in pain than when I started.

      This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. They had me waiting for 2 HOURS for a orthodontic appointment that was supposed to take 30 minutes or less to adjust braces. They had called me in when my appointment was at 9 am. Had me in the seat and took me out of the room to sign paperwork and told me to wait in the lobby. And they reschedule appointments all the time having customers come to the appointment to be turned around!Very unprofessional!!!! I have called numerous times to cancel my contract so I can go somewhere else and get better service there is no response or no one knows what to do and Im still getting bills sent!!! Nobody cares in this office and no one responds to complains ! This is a persons health your dealing with!

      Royal Dental is so very rude and extremely unprofessional. It took me nearly two months for an appointment and on the day of my appointment they cancelled. The representative Baily was nasty rude, the line disconnected mid conversation AND she never called back. I waited on hold 17 minutes for them to pick up. I called back and instead of picking up where we left off, she expected me to wait another 17 minutes stating she had other customers!!!!! Jasmin the next rep was customer service was ONLY slightly better! 12960 East Fry location.

      I wish I could give a less than one star I have been going through Western dental for both all orthodontist care and general dentistry. I have had nothing but issues with them I recently switched locations from the ********* office to the ******* office due to moving. The manager of the ********* office and a manager of the ************** said that they would be able to transfer what the services render amount was on my ********* contract to my new ******* contract for orthodontist care. However it has been two months now since switching and I am still getting calls saying that I have not made a payment on the ********* account which is true because I have a new contract with the ************** which the amount was still owe to ********* was applied to the new contract. I called yesterday to make a payment on my general dentistry account however after giving the lady on the phone my card number she said it was for my ********* orthodontist account and when I explain to her that that account should not longer be active and that Ive been in contact with ************************* from corporate office now since last month about trying to figure out why account is still open. Refused to refund me to hydrate and $50 payment I made and told me I had to wait 24 hours before they could refund me the money however that its a current contract so I still owe money on it even though it is now been transferred so they are making me pay for the same care that I am receiving two times on two different contracts. The payment issue yesterday I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred to people to try to get it figured out and ultimately was hung up on after an hour and 20 minutes on the phone. I wouldnt win wish Western dental and the incompetent services that they provide on anyone.

      *******************************************************. *****. Do NOT PATRONIZE this place! I was scheduled for an 8am cleaning, but waited for 45 minutes to be told that the dentists do NOT arrive until 9 am. Moreover, the receptionist proceeds to explain that the early appointment is to include the **ray time. It is now 9 am and NOTHING has been done! Not to mention, EVERYONE that arrived this morning had an 8am appointment and was equally upset. Some people even left because they were told that they would possibly be waiting for 2 or more hours. Smdh...very poor customer service. The girls at the front are just responding with "western dental has other locations you can attend!" EXCUSE ME! THE BLATANT DISREGARD FOR SOMEONE ELSES INCONVENIENCE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

      DO NOT GO HERE TO CARROLLTON LOCATION. GHETTO AND UNORGANIZED & DIRTY!!! DENTISTS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED AND OVERBOOKED. THEY CALLED TO CANCEL MY APPT AFTER I TOOK TIME FROM WORK WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
