      They tried to upsell on every procedure necessary. I would need to take out a loan with Care Credit to have my teeth cleaned as they literally refused to do the routine cleaning. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning requiring sedation and a lot of money! I will never go back to them.

      Zero Stars from these Scam Artists!! Tried to charge me $733.00, because they said insurance would not cover "crown lengthening". Called my insurance and it did cover their BS crown lengthening. Please please go somewhere else!! Western Dental has had millions of complaints!!

      Terrible care for elders. Push credit cards to old people without explaining what they mean and ask them to sign the agreement ignorant to what they are signing. They hurt the lower lip of an old woman and blamed her for getting infected. It seems like they change personnel often. This lady is scare to you back but she knows that she had no other option since she had been charged in full even before the procedure has been completed. An employee was asked why she had the lady get the card and all she could respond was. She signed on it we did. It force her..I reminded her that the lady was almost 90 years old she replied.. she signed the document.. the lady cried in the car and said that she was never explained about the credit card.. TERRIBLE people.

      This place is just out to get your money or take from insurance. We had to many situations with this place to name. The manager needs to go and some of the other employees as well

      Charging me for dental procedures they never rendered, I showed them my contract and they duplicated my contract by adding services by hand. They are very dishonest company, they keep harassing me for something that I never have done it. I already complained to the dental board of ********** and not hung has been done it. Who or where I should I go to file a complaint.

      Sell u their insurance knowing they are not going to do any dental work to won't refund any of the money in with ****** one big joke they like killing people the must have the feel of ********** boss they have a answer for every thing can turn blam back on paition black and white proof of what ur talking about still they will say hi o8

      I had services done at this Western Dental and over paid for the actual services. I have been trying to be reimbursed for the over payment since December 2021. Everytime I call the billing department they tell me that they're sending the supervisor email to get the check sent out and the reimbursement amount went from over $1,000.00 to $205.00. Also, when they put my permanent bridge in they did not use any Novacaine or numbing agents as they drilled in my mouth.This Western Dental has really gone down hill!

      Brident Orthodontist is not a dental place for kids. My daughter got her braces on. I was paying faithfully every month until the pandemic. When the pandemic came I couldnt pay like I was paying on time but that didnt matter to Brident Dental because they sent me to collections. They didnt care about the care of my daughter. I called to see about a payment plan they told me they dont do that so what else do I do . She havent seen the ortho since last year because they dont work with you. This business doesnt care about nothing but money. The care of your daughter teeth is not their first priority. . Now I am in collections so how do my daughter receive the care and adjustment and treatment that she needs for her braces
