Although I wish I didn't need a Reverse Mortgage, I am so glad I picked the best company to help me with this process---****! I have no negative comments because ---from beginning to end, I had the help and support of *********** folks: **** and ****. My initial contact with **** sealed the deal for me to choose ****. He was always there for any questions, either by phone or email. I could count on his assistance in a timely fashion. It was like talking with a friend. The information on the **** site was So helpful! Easy to read. The journey went smoothly, quickly. **** helped finish the deal and, also, was always there for any questions/concerns.These people represented their company well. They helped me have peace of mind by getting the **** I thank them for that. Strange to say, but I will miss the emails. That says a lot for a company!.All Reverse Mortgage Inc.

*************************, my loan officer, was courteous, professional, thorough...yet human and empathetic. **** never pushed me. My appraisal came in lower than expected which changed the numbers in a negative way. He made sure I knew my options, then stepped back and let me make my own decision. ***********************, my loan processor, was efficient and made the process painless. I found the process much more involved than other mortgages I have gotten but manageable. Some questions at closing couldn't be answered due to **** being outside my home state. Things did go smoothly though and **** has the best reputation of the companies doing business in my state.All Reverse Mortgage Inc.

This process was painless. It only took about five weeks from my first contact. Early on, I got proposals from three companies. The first week was spent deciding which proposal to accept. The process was not difficult to understand once I learned the terminology. ******************* maintained good contact. Her explanations were clear, and she always responded quickly.
