I am thrilled with ****. I had originally contacted a different company which then hounded me for their documents but offered little in the way of answers to my questions. I found **** after a search for the best reviewed companies and found a team and company which was ready to respond to my questions and offered me help and advice throughout the entire process. ****** A The representative that helped me in getting my reverse mortgage did an awesome job of walking me through every detail concerning how the mortgage worked and the best options with me making a choice and finding the best rate to help me. From the original contact with *********************** through the detail gathering and implementation with *****************, this turned out to be an educational and pleasant experience. It is good and unusual to deal with people that are not only pleasant and knowledgeable, but it also came through they were working to help us. Your are we doing a good job email early on let us know we were being attended to at multiple levels. Everything went smoothly right through to closing (even the attorney that showed up was an efficient, pleasant young man.) ****** did a good job in explaining the program and getting it lined up and *** was especially attentive in moving things along.
