  I literally signed up, paid ***** for the 3mth trial, tried to access the actual app, but kept being directed to cost OPTIONS for actual diet plans, workouts personilized for me, BUT THE INITIAL APPLICATION AND CUSTOMIZATION SHOULD OF BEEN READY TO GO! WITHIN 30mins of providing my CC. I wanted to cancel SIMPLE ; there is no phone number, no direct way to cancel, only suggestions on what one can do if they want to cancel, BUT NO ACTUAL cancellation PAGE !!I ended up in some AI rabbit hole, and eventually was able to discontinue HERE is THE THING, I can not get my ***** back!Turns out THEY DO NOT PLAN ON EVER REFUNDING ME !! they took my Money, and told me I won't be AUTO renewed AFTER 3 MTHS..I am reporting this to my ********** and disbuting these charges! This is a total Bait and SWITCH Scam!Consumer BEWARE !!I

  Dont waste your money. Had this useless Ai generated app for 2days& cancelled. Was charged $29.99 cancellation fee. Everything is AI, even the automated customer service bots. Just a scam!!!!!

  I would not trust a subscription with this company. They try to sneak in a subscription even if you don't want it. I had to cancel my ****** account because of this s***** comapny

  A complete scam. These people are inconsistent and mis***resent their pricing. **************** is deliberately made difficult. I tried to cancel several times with no success. I initially paid through ****** who told me I needed to go through the vendor. Finally I did receive a vondescending email from a *** who told me I was out of luck on a refund. These people are thugs. Stay away!

  I got a 60% off code to sign up and I wanted to give it a chance. For 3months it was $23.99. I put in my credit card info. As i was prompted through each page it kept adding on things for different amounts and there was nowhere to unselect them and after going through the pages my total was $75. I asked to be reimbursed immediately and no longer wanted to use as it is most certainly a scam. The customer service rep wrote me an email back saying they can reimburse me half my money. They reimbursed be $11.99. Then proceeded to tell me I can not be fully reimbursed until using the app for 15 days. Any company that is not a scam will reimburse you right away. Anyway I am disputing charges with the bank and I will never try this again.

  I signed up for a three month membership with them only to later find out they have no actual plan as advertised. Of course, you cannot see this until you pay. Within ten minutes of purchasing the app I reached out to their chatbot to ask how to cancel my subscription and it provided me the wrong directions on how to cancel. So I reached out to them through their webpage. I asked for a refund since their app does not have any plan at all and is nothing more than a timer and food journal and requested a refund for which they denied me stating that their refund policy states that you must stick with the program for something like ********************************************** something like that. They said that as such they could only refund me half of what I had JUST paid. I asked to have the file transferred to that persons manager or someone else who is authorized to issue full refund since this person was clearly not authorized and then I received no more responses. I even followed up with another email requesting an update and I received nothing. This company is a scam company. False advertising which you cant see until youve already paid.

  Cancelation process difficult -- feels like a scam. It is nearly impossible to find a way to cancel the subscription on the app. I emailed for help canceling, but I was charged for a subscription renewal anyway. When I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to issue a refund even though I contacted them mere minutes after my subscription was renewed.

  SIMPLE FASTING APP use deceptive practices! I bought from them 7 days intro offer for $4.99. The app was a joke. Reminds you to drink water, log your meals and counts down your fasting window. I cancelled the subscription immediately. After a few days (before my intro offer ends) SIMPLE FASTING APP charged my card twice $29.99 and $64.79. I reported that unauthorized transactions to ************** Play and of course I emailed SIMPLE. I spent a 3 days emailing with them. Finally they refunded $29.99 but NOT the $64.79. I feel scammed. Always read the reviews before downloading, as other users often flag the problems.

  No way to contact anyone. No way to cancel accept actually cancelling a having a new credit card issued. I never could get my app to work correctly ehen adding food and there is absolutey no app support.

  One star is too many. This app and website are very poorly designed. Theres nowhere to view your payment details, like if you have a card on file or if they have PayPal/Apple Pay info. If there is, its not easy to find. They auto charge for 4 months at a time and dont send out a reminder email. Their refund policy is absolutely ridiculous. What you get is not worth the money that they scam you out of and refuse to refund.
