    signed up for the free trial and After cancelling my membership i was charged $79.20 without authorization. I have the app on my phone but i see no way to login anywhere to view my membership and card on file. After reading reviews im worried that this charge will happen again. As others have mentioned, they only have an email for customer support.

    I canceled a year ago and they charged me a fee to keep my account. They expect me to log in to cancel, but I cannot do that since I have no log in. Again, I canceled last year. They are no longer replying to my emails. I did try the app. It did not work and that is why I canceled. BUT I canceled through the app, so I don't have anything a year later confirming that. Stay away!

    Same story for me. I never signed up for anything other than the trial period but they charged me $79 through PayPal and won't refund my money. I have sent several emails but they give me the run around.

    I decided to start a 7 day free trial to check out the app. Decided it was garbage after looking at it the first day and canceled my subscription. I didn't receive a confirmation email or anything proving that I had canceled my subscription, which was a red flag, but I didn't think much of it. 7 days after canceling my trial I was charged $79 for a three month subscription. I contacted them to refund my money but they have refused. Stay away from this app and this company. There is no way their reviews are legitimate and they just prey on people by offering free trials and continuing to take their money.

    Sketchy and won't refund me either. The only way to contact them is email - I guess so they can ignore you, looks like they are out of ****** or ****** (both) ? They told me since I didn't use the app they cannot refund me. I didn't use it because it was not for me! They make it up as they go along. Scam!
