      I placed an order to the IHOP located at *************************************************************** on 5/27/23. Order # *****************. Half the items were missing from the order. There was a number to call ************** that my daughter and I attempted to call multiple times but couldn't get through to talk to anyone. I ended up going to the restaurant and talking to a manager and I was told they would need to take my info down to pass to the general manager for the refund to be proccessed. I was told I would receive a complete refund to my original payment method within 3-5 business days. My daughter paid for the meal on her debit card and she has since then had to replace the card and lives in ********. I am unable to get through to the restaurant to talk to anyone to confirm that the general manager received my info and give them the new card info. I need someone to get in contact with me ASAP.

      Hello,I am a neighborhood advocate who cares deeply about my community, and the IHOP location at the ************** Address: *******************************************************...need some attention to the lawn grassy area in front of this location. The mall management has made it known that they are no longer liable to cut the grass or keep the parking lot cleaned. We need for IHOP Corporate to please contact me so we can discuss how to keep this location clean, it's been many years of neglect and we would appreciate if you could make this a priority. We have small businesses in this area that does landscaping and would be willing to help with this service.

      I ate at your ***********, ** location on 5/24/23 at 7:00pm. Check # ****-1712948. Total was $37.10. I should of said something to the manager but our food was really unacceptable. The mozzarella sticks were not cooked through the chicken tenders and fries were cold and my wifes chicken dish was undercooked. It was a really bad experience. I would appreciate a refund or whatever you can do for me. Thanks

      This complain falls under the **** (Federal Food Safety Modernization ACT signed into law in 2011).Good Afternoon, I am reaching out due to a huge issue that happened to my husband as he was eating the mashed potatoes in order number Order # *****************. Applebees Store: APPLEBEES ***************, ********************, *************************. My husband bit into a metal sharp small rod that was placed at the bottom of the mashed potato cup. It pierced his jaw line. It is old and ***** and now I am also concerned about bacteria, as I am a nurse. This is totally unacceptable and i cannot believe a team member would not have looked in that cup before placing in the mashed potatoes, which i am sure they looked which means that was placed intentionally in my opinion. We have ordered from this Applebee's numerous of times and have never had an issue. This is disgusting and i cannot believe this really happened. Not even sure what cooking tools were even being used like that, but i do not think it was kitchen tools, which makes this even more absurd. I request a contact back immediately, I am taking this further so this never happens again or to any one else for that matter. I am attaching pictures as well below with exact mashed potato cup and the infected piece of metal that my husband bit on and luckily did not swallow.Desired Outcome: I want a contact back immediately and this will be known that this has happened because I do not want this issue to ever arise again and for anyone else for that matter. This needs to be rectified like yesterday. I expect compensation for this food that is supposed to be clean and safe, and this metal object could have punctured my husbands esophagus and GI system end of story. Not even talking about the psychologically traumatic issue now all for negligence. This is my Second step in notifying management and higher.

      On 11 May 2023, I placed an online order to IHOP. My order number was *****************. When I arrived to the the location, I was informed by ***** the restaurant never received my order and they wouldnt be able to fulfill it because their internet was down due to an explosion. ***** informed me to wait 3 business days for the charge to fall off of my account. The charge never fell off my account. I reached out to their guest relations service for help obtaining a refund and I was ignored.

      Date of Transaction: April 10th, 2023 Time of Transaction: 10:03 AM Money Paid to Business: $64.47 Check Number: **** IHOP Business Location:********************************************************************* I ordered two eggs ******** meals and all four eggs were boiled with solid yolks instead of poached with runny yolks. The pepper filling and spicy hollandaise was completely missing on our ******** ****** English muffins were not toasted. I contacted iHop and their management several times via online website form, email, and phone call and iHop did not give me a refund or compensation as I spent a lot of money and did not receive at all what I had paid for. Its been several weeks and I have been trying to contact iHop over and over again for a refund or compensation and they have mostly ignored me and not resolved my issue at all.

      I have already reached out to that franchise location several times via online website form, ******************************* e-mail, other e-mails to iHOP, and by calling that phone number before. It's been weeks and nobody has responded to me or resolved my issue since. It doesn't make sense for me to do the same thing I already did and have to this day have still not been refunded for the incorrect, wrong order with improper conditions that was not what I had paid for. I want my refund.

      Order made approx. 7:25pm 5/7/23.Online you promised my order to be complete around a certain time. I get there some time after the said time. I called your establishment 3 times, even had an employee out in front smoking a cigarette so he couldve walked over to designated to go area to see about my order, no answer. I finally walked into establishment and wasnt greeted whatsoever. I stood there and waited to be acknowledged for 4-5 minutes before making myself known. I asked the waitress about my order. She claimed it would be a few more minutes. So I waited. And waited. And yeahwaited. Another waitress comes to me and asks, what did you order? At that point, I wanted my refund because that basically says to me no one started on my order. Why ask what I ordered when I gave that information already. Your employees need to communicate. With each other and customers. I asked for my refund. ******** went to go get manager I assume (short white guy with a hat). He told me Id have to wait 3-5 days for refund so I said okay and walked out and got in my car. Sat there and thought about it. This isnt fair. I went back in asking for MY cash refund. He was very very rude. Escalating his voice which I in return did, banging on the bar while speaking to me all of that was unnecessary. Or talking to me like Im an imbecile. He claimed my order was done when it wasnt bc still no one had mentioned it until I was talking refunds. He claims he cant give me a cash refund when *** worked in the food industry for many years before. If you didnt honor what you said youd honor then you owe the customer. I spent 50+ dollars less than 15 mins but have to wait that long for a refund. Its not fair. You said my food would be done a certain time and it wasnt. The establishment was utterly disgusting. TRASH ALL OVER THE ****** PERSONAL BELONGINGS HANGING ALL OVER BAR AREA. LACK OF HYGIENE. CLEANLINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY SCARCE HERE. PLEASE, TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS. I want double compensation. Which equals to $100. For my food and inconvenience. I have kids. (Same was sent to another managers email)

      4/12/23-6:38pm, ordered ***** delivery through Applebee's site. Received the wrong order. Immediately called the restaurant and spoke to Mgr. Ashlund. She said a credit will be issued.4/20- called and spoke to Mgr. ****. He assured me that the credit will be issued that day.4/21- called store to see if credit was issued. Spoke to Mgr. *******. She said to wait 5 working days to see credit.4/27- called again and spoke to Mgr. *******. She will look into it and call me back on the 28th. I also called Applebee's Corp. and opened case #*******.5/4- ************ about case status. They said they will contact the franchise to issue a credit...which I have been doing since 4/12!

      Me and my wife visited this place after seeing the musical wicked. We sat down at the bar where there were 3 couples including us all seated. We asked for a menu and were told we needed to pay for drinks before they were even made. As we understand perhaps leaving a card is normal we weren't staying for more than one which means we wanted on ans were going to pay for after the drinks were made. Never in my life have I paid first than received what we paid for which if that's the case than fine. But we noticed that the couple next to us paid cash and were never asked for a card other people walked in and did the same. We were the only mixed couple in the bar and we were definitely racially profiled. When I asked for manager she came with security before even asking what was wrong aggressively and said my bartender did her job and screamed it out for the restaurant to hear her as if we were making a scene. I intend to escalate this as high as I can go S the behavior of your bartender and manager were equal to being harrased. My wife felt uncomfortable in a city that's already on edge. If this is the type of behavior you allow your definitely in tge wrong buisness. I'm looking into legal help with this as well. You can look at tge video surveillance if you wish as you see I never become aggressive it was your staff that did the intimidating. I will never ever visit your ************* establishments also not having prices on your menus for drinks I'm pretty sure is illegal This was applebees in Manhattan
