      My party of three entered IHOP restaurant #**** (********************************************************************************* @ approx 7:45am, seated & served by ************** orders were placed for omelets & requested to be cooked "very lightly" and "not burnt". Both omelets were served burnt and requested to be remade. Server removed plates, returned to kitchen, immediately came back to table & stated that "That's the best he can do." Server was informed burnt omelets are unacceptable & holding same plates in her hands, turned and shouted "F*** this!" & returned to the kitchen. She discussed this situation with "manager" who was using computer. No alternative foods or servings were offered by waitstaff or management. ******** walked throughout restaurant complaining of the situation to her coworkers and other patrons. Manager never came to table to address situation. I requested manager on duty at checkout station; man there stated he was the manager. He stated he remade the omelets; however, they were the same ones that had been returned to begin when server returned to table immediately following initial complaint. Manager refused to address the situation whatsoever but was more than happy to accept payment. Formal complaints (#******* & # *******) were submitted to IHOP **************** following visit. Automatic response was that the location's management would respond directly; however, that has not occurred and is obvious it will not. It is certainly obvious also that IHOP corporate management condones such behaviors by its waitstaff and location's management.

      Order # ***************** Worst experience ever. All the food was wrong and we were missing items. The staff was rude. There were several guest left waiting. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:29 pm. It was 10:55 pm when my family decided to just leave! Plans are canceled and money is wasted! I can't believe how this establishment handled their business this evening! The workers are fighting and cussing each other out in the kitchen. Your staff acted like cave men as your customers children were left hungry! Ridiculous! I did not leave until 10:55 pm when we just decided to leave the rest of the food they didn't give us! We received the wrong food 3 times!!!!! I asked for a manager for a refund so I can leave, but the manager refused to come from.the kitchen!!!!! This was a terrible experience. I want my money back!

      I was at ihop wit friends a family an had dirty water no spoons or folks was lock In ihop had to go threw back door to get out because the state closed them down min before we left

      I worked here for a short period of time but they kept changing my schedule without telling me and then writing me up for it. The manager, *******, is absolutely horrible and loves to gossip to everyone. She believed one of my 17 year old coworkers who said I had lied about my previous job experience. And then she demoted me because of it without looking into the issue. (I didn't lie about it) There's plenty more issues there than I can name.

      I ordered food through mobile app it was supposed to be done @9:45am. It wasnt done until 10:30 and when I received the food I was denied refund unless I brought the food back.

      On 1/7/23 @6:21 PM, my husband and I went to IHOP for dinner. We gave the waitress a $5 cash tip. But to my surprise 2 days later I found that a $10 tip had been added to our credit card. (Receipt attached)I called to the restaurant starting on 1/9/23 and tried speaking with the manager, *****, but she always had an excuse for not speaking with me. Finally, she took my phone call on 1/22/23 and said she had fired the waitress as she had done this on multiple customer's credit cards. ***** said she was working with the tech **** to refund my $10 on my credit card.After waiting another week I called her back and she said she couldn't refund my credit card so we she was mailing me a check. We have never received the check. The last conversation I had with her was on 1/30/23 and she said she was calling me back to give me the registered mail receipt. That never happened.I have spoken with the corporation IHOP on 2 different occasions and the last conversation was with *****, on 2/1/23 and she said she was escalating it to the district manager who would be calling me the next day. Never received a call nor have I received the check. I am beginning to feel like this ***** was involved in the scam from the start.We will never eat at IHOP again.

      On Feb. 4th, I placed a curbside pickup order at ******** totaling *****. It was scheduled to be ready at 6:45pm. My husband and I made it to pickup the order at 6:55pm. I checked in via the text linked, but after waiting 6 minutes no one came out to deliver our order. I told my husband to go check on the order to see what was going on. After checking the status my husband returned to the car and informed me that there were 4 people in line waiting for curbside pickup, and a worker informed him that they see our car on camera and will deliver our order when its ready. We waited an additional 10 minutes of which my husband went back into the restaurant to check status of order. He returned 5 minutes later without the food. I asked him what happened. He informed me that the general manager ***************** told him that the system was down and that he did not know when our food would be ready. My husband then asked for a refund. *** stated that he processed a refund, but could not give a receipt. He then wrote his first and last name plus business phone number on a brown napkin. I then went into the restaurant and told *** that I was not leaving until he gave me a receipt of the refund. He then went into the back of restaurant and after 5 minutes he came out with a print out summary of my order. He told he that ******** implemented a new policy of which they can not print out receipts with customers credit card information. He stated they experienced a lot of fraud. I told *** that he needed to write on the summary that I never received the food, of which he complied by writing that we canceled the order because it was taking too long. He told me that my money was refunded, but if I had any issue to contact him. I left the restaurant, but returned Feb. 7th because instead of getting a refund, the funds posted to my account. *** told me that he requested a refund, but couldnt tell me when I will receive it despite paying for food I never received. Its been 6 days now.

      Issue - 2 times rejected to provide Services Dates First Time Nov 12,2022 / Last time 01/28/23 around 9:45pm Explanation: The Assistance Manager ( *******) informed the two times that the business closes at 10:30pm. Therefore, He is was able to serve a group of 10. The restaurant has a sign at the entrance door indicating that the restaurant closes at 12am. ( Everytime that I go with this group at this time he is not willing to assist, it is always an excuse)Observations : When we entrance to the restaurant it was a sign in his face of discussing - Inside of the restaurant were people sitting waiting to be serve, and after few minutes that we were informed that we will not be able to be serve, a few people went inside to the restaurant. I told the assistance manager that it was not fair that it was always an excuse. And that the people was starving, willing to pay with no issues. It is not a loud group, just getting out from ************** trying to have dinner.Request : I want the owner or manager of this restaurant to change the sign in the main entrance door, online and ************ to be fair with everyone, we are immigrants, we feel discriminated. Or I want the manager to make sure that the employees comply with the scheduled advertised all over the places.I understand that issues can happen at any time but if that is the case a sign needs to be place in the door indicating the reason why the restaurant was closed early ( that way nobody is served to be fair).The world is passing thru difficult times, where each of Us is judged by appearance, and this small details make the times worse. As a Social Worker is my responsibility make sure that everyone is treated equality in the country where the dreams can come true.Waiting for the outcome of this complaint Regards Sayonara Amaranto

      i ordered a steak for my husbands birthday. when it was delivered it was inedible. it was too tough to cut and too tough to chew. i called to complain an was told that they could not issue me a credit to my charge. the could only give me a gift card. that is so wrong. we are senior citizens on a fixed income and now i will have to pay for the dinner and get a card for a restaurant that i have no desire to ever eat at again.
