      I received someone elses order and tried calling the store to remedy but received no answer this was very inconvenient I will say, Id like a refund for this issue!

      I order $70 worth of food from applebees on March 8, 2025 at 10:26pm from Applebees on ********************************. (Check number 8199-2113312, Card ending in *****) The food was expected to be delivered at 11:10pm however it took longer than originally stated to be delivered and arrived around 12:45am. When the food was delivered, I was missing items and the food I did receive was cold and terrible. I put in a complaint on their site after unsuccessfully reaching them by phone that night and a manager contacted me and stated she will send me a gift card/store credit because she dont think i will be able to get refund. I was absolutely fine with the credit however it has been almost 3 weeks as today is March 29, 2025 and I have not received anything and after submitting another request on their website I have not heard back from them. I no longer want the store credit because I don't want to ever eat at applebees again. I'm asking for my full refund and I will not accept anything else.

      Hi I went to Applebees on 3-21-25 at **********************************************************************. It was a mobile order and I picked it up at curbside. The receipt is attached of my order details. The classic wings were a 20 count and 3 of the boneless wings were the size of a nickel. The chicken nachos were in a small container with mainly tortilla chips and about a teaspoon of chicken. I wish I had liked at my order before I pulled out. The amount of servings they provided was ridiculous. I would like either some coupons or a refund.

The franchise team notified us that the guest was contacted and issued compensation for $20 in the form of a gift card.       I placed an online order for pick up for my family for dinner costing $67.31 which included 7 meals. I arrived at the location 3 minutes after pick up time to receive my order. After sitting for a few moments I was approached about my order (mind you, I was never called prior to arriving) and told more than half of my food was "out of stock" and couldnt be fulfilled. This store at the time was out of burgers, chicken fingers and as I was sitting there, biscuits. The waitress (manager was not around) that was there told me that I could not get a refund for my order in the store and that it had to be refunded online via email. It has been DAYS since this transaction and zero solution to my refund. I am not DoorDash, or a delivery service where I should have to request a refund via 3rd party. I think this is highly unacceptable that I cannot get a refund for the food I did not get. The entire order! I have never seen a company or business make it so hard to get my money back on their own mistake. The inconvenience this caused that night was a big one as I had to then go find somewhere else to get dinner for my family. (5 kids!) It has also really made us upset because all we wanted was IHOP and now the customer service/refund issue is setting a bad tone for our future visits. Please refund the entire amount of this order. I have uploaded the grill receipt

      My neice which is 7 and a minor placed the order which I didn't authorize and immediately canceled yet I'm being denied my refund

      January 4, 2025. Ate a meal at Applebee's. The bill came to $18.17. I marked the bill for 0 in the tip area since I left over 20% cash on the table. The final amount then showed at $18.17. When I received by bank statement, it showed that they had deducted $20.17 ($2.00 more than my bill).January 9, 2025. I placed a call to Applebee's and spoke to a manager who transferred me to someone in the office. I explained the problem at which time they looked up the transaction and verified that the amount was indeed $18.17. This person said they would issue a refund for the $2.00 but that it might take at least 10 days.January 20, 2025. I called a second time to Applebee's and spoke to yet another manager. I explained all that had occurred. I was told that the refund had never been processed and that it would be taken care of right away. Again, it might take up to 10 days to show on my bank acct.January 31, 2025. I stopped in person at Applebee's and spoke to ANOTHER manager. She said this was only her second shift but said she would take care of it, again within 10 days.February 18, 2025. Nothing has happened yet and it looks like that is their plan. After all, it's only $2.00 and if they let it go long enough, I'll just forget about *****'s not like the money is the issue at this point. It's the principal of the thing. I've been told 3x that it would be taken care of but it's not happening. What if this has happened to multiple people and they just write it off because the amount is so small? Isn't this fraud?

      A server stole money from us by adding her own tip AFTER we left the establishment. The charge just hit our bank account and it is higher than when we initially left the premises

      On February 7, 2025, Friday. I, Mr. ****** ***** entered and dined alone at my local Applebee's in ********************, ***. While dining and keeping a running tab on my expenses; I realized that there was a "'hidden fee'" for playing with the table top "'hand held'" type mini tablets placed on some but not all the tables. I was not informed there would be a "'playing fee'" added to my "'check'". They added a $2.99 (USD) charge to my account. Since I wasn't informed before I started to play of this fee that felt more like a penalty, It was a "'bad faith'" move on Applebee's part. On the final receipt I was charged for a "'ZIOSK"' game. It seems to be a a tempting activity, especially when dining alone. However, it "'exploits'" patrons who dine alone because two or more peeps usually engage in socializing and good conversation. It wouldn't have bothered me if I weren't being exploited for dining alone. Also, their lack of communication failed to inform me that I was being penalized for not bringing a date, for real. ??

      I placed an order online, was given a time to arrive at 6:50 a.m. When I arrived on time I waited for 45 minutes, the open sign was off the door was locked. I knocked a few times while the employees ignored me.The website and ****** says its open at 6 a.m everyday. I ended up leaving after I couldnt get in to get my order. I called the number on the ihop website associated with the store to get a refund, it was not active. So I called a different number that was on that stores ****** listing, that was not active either. I have not received a refund for my order. Please refund me. Thank you

      I went to applebees me and my 3 friends and when we got there it was going okay until around the end when we were about to take our leftovers and pay the bill and leave but as we were waiting we saw a mouse in the restaurant and it came by us in went inside a hole by where we were sitting and we told the waitress and she never got a manager she just said sorry and took our money for our bill so then I contacted the restaurant ended up speaking to the general manager name ******** ******* she apologized and offered $60 in gift cards for me and my 3 friends and said to split it in which I thought we were getting $60 a piece but when I received the cards I see that she meant $15 a piece and we spent over $150 that night and couldn't even take our leftovers because of the rodent and the manger stated they called exterminator and said they found nothing but put glue traps arouund she was nice but it still wasn't what I expected and I could have been mean and contacted the health department but I didn't and I have never experienced seeing a rodent in a restaurant ever and I would like gift cards adding up to the $150 me and my friends spent or either a full cash refund that's the least they can do
