  I visited IHOP 10.11.24 at 8:10 p.m. The day was so unbelievably hectic & it was my first meal of the day. We ********** 8:30, the waitress asks us to pay so she can go home. She was tired. We obliged wiithout hesitation. She returns to the table at 8:50 & informs us that the restaurant is closed & had been for some time.We weren't done eating, but if the server asks you to leave, I guess you leave? We questioned the waitress; we could've sworn the hours read 7-10. She told us that "other" restaurants were open late. As were walking out, there's another couple ****************** woman was sitting alone, sipping coffee. No one else was leaving.WHAT RESTAURANT TELLS YOU TO LEAVE BEFORE YOURE DONE & BEFORE THEYRE EVEN CLOSED??We get outside in the parking ******* checked online. The hours did say open til' 10. The huge sign hanging in front stated the same!We paid the bill...all we expected to do was finish our meal....we weren't ordering anything else from the kitchen. We had to shovel our food into take out containers.I did leave a complaint on the contact us section of their website. The response I received from someone claiming to be the general manager was appalling. The email was riddled with sarcasm and indifference-from beginning to end. I emailed him back and included all of this in a review on ******. I got a response online that met with the same sarcasm and flippancy. No apology, no looking into the matter, no explanation for why we were the only ones made to leavenothing. So, either the same person messaged me back both times (once by email and once through ******) or I encountered two rude, disrespectful, flippant IHOP employees who don't care about their customers.I was floored at how a so-called general manager (named ***** at the *********, ** location) could treat customers with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. However, from reading these other reviews, I suppose the quality of the staff is subpar at many other locations as well.

  IHOP in ******************* added additional tip on top of what I authorized rounding it up to what they thought it needs to be. Sure, its $1.42, but its stealing, and somebody had to manually calculate the amount to add it to the ********, how many others did they overcharge on the tips? It could be hundreds of dollars they steal from the customers. This is illegal. Its been 5 days, and the company does not answer to the request to resolve the issue or at least explain what happened.They just lost us as customers, and now I am questioning every restaurant business on how they are handling my card, and what else they could do.

  Denied entry to a service animal and refused to listen to the law. I even provided an *** card which he refused to read. We have eaten here many times and the food and service has always been amazing, yesterday however, who I assume to be the manager threw a fit and implied to get out "sorry, its for my customers". I called local law enforcement who were not available at the time. Oh ******* partner went back in to try and talk further when the man showed him PHOTOS he had taken of other service dog teams and how they should look. He also tried to take a photo of my partner and said it was to connect the people and the dogs. He said he loves dogs but to let them in he needs to see them in an "official vest" (my dog was vested and labeled btw) The *** does not require this and he did not ask the correct questions at all. After showing him pictures of my dog in a different vest and him taking a photo of her service dog collar (not anything special just says service dog) he allowed us to eat there. Saying "look, everything is fine now you get to eat ok?"Food was awesome, waitress was awesome.

  IHOP I want to make known a very unpleasant situation that happened to me, my husband and a couple of friends, it all happened as soon as we left church today, Sunday 09/22, we all went to have breakfast at the ihop, which is located at ********* and military We arrived and looked for handicapped parking which there was one at the entrance of the restaurant but it had a cone, so my husband got out and took it out, since my husband has many surgeries. which prevent him from walking much, then we entered the restaurant and they sat us at some tables in the back. In the background there was none. more tables, the ihop was full of people, then the waitress came and took our order, which took a lot longer than normal, then the manager showed up and approached me asking whose ****** Camry it was and I told him it was mine because and he started shouting bad words at me and humiliating me loudly in front of people and told me that if we didn't like it if we all left the restaurant, all the people who were there remained silent, because I took away the handicapped parking cone and I responded because there was no warning. because that cone prevented handicapped parking, my conclusion was whether all this is bad or good, this ihop manager should not have insulted us and yelled at us in front of everyone, and in the end we were scared while we ate thinking that this man was giving us a little of poison, how badly I saw it, terrible situation and racist experience. thank you for your attention ***** *******

  Terrible experience made me loose my appetite. Manger was unprofessional. I am a manager myself I would've never act in his manner. Worst experience at IHop ever and I had my children with me. Waiter sucked didn't clean off table. Very poor customer service.i wanted to leave zero stars

  Honestly I've been working at the IHOP location in D'IBERVILLE ***********. I've been there since the 19th working 50 sum odd hours a week to not even get paid... I tried contacting the **** of revenue since they've already contacted ihop about their current situation..(MONEY SITUATION) I bring it up to the general manager but she just brushes it off!!!! I even work off the clock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've only worked there a month but i have clocked a good 130+ hours and that's just me being generous. If I'm being honest it's around 160. Managers steal money from coworkers. IHOPS JUST A MESS!!!!! AND I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH THEY OWE ME RN. I MEAN YALLS STORE IS LITERALLY ABOUT TO CLOSE AND IM WORKING 10 HOUR SHIFTS EVERYDAY ONLY 2 COWORKERS IN THE WHOLE BUILDING TRYING TO SAVE THAT PLACE. BUT YOU CANT BE GOOD TO PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT IT. IHOPS JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS RUNNING IT. I MEAN THE LAST GM LITERALLY STOLE 3K+ AND WALKED OUT AND NOBODYS CARED TO EVEN HANDLE THE SITUATION. ITS NOT JUST ME ITS MY OTHER SERVER AT NIGHT SHE CANT EVEN KEEP HER TIPS SOME NIGHTS I MEAN COME ON YALL???? THIS IS MY LAST RESORT BESIDES COURT I JUST WANT WHAT I WORKED FOR!!! MONEY!!!! IT MIGHT SOUND DUMB BUT NOBODY REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE STRESS OF BEING A SOLO COOK HELPING TAKE ORDERS SERVING BUSSING TABLES WASHING DISHES CLEANING ALL THE EQUIPMENT FIXIJG BROKING EQUIPMENT I REALLY WOULDVE MADE THAT A CAREER BUT IT SEEMS LIKE YALL CANT FIND ANYONE WHO DOESNT EMBEZZILE FUNDS. YES I SAID IT CAUSE THATS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS "MONEY LAUNDERING" I WENT OUT MY WAY JUST TO GET S*** ON AND FOR WHAT A COUPLE EXTRA HUNDRED DOLLARS A WEEK IN YALLS POCKETS!!! I CANT EVEN AFFORD TO PAY MY RENT MY PHONE BILL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS YES I MIGHT ONLY BE 20 BUT IVE BEEN WORKING SINCE I WAS 16. IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IF YALL COULD HELP THAT WOULD BE BEYOND AMAZING AND IM SORRY FOR THE ***** ITS JUST FRUSTRATING BEING SO YOUNG AND HAVING TO DEAL WITH EVERYTHING NEGATIVE IT JUST PAINTS A BAD PIC FOR EVERYONE.....

  IHOP ************************ AWARE, THE WAITERS CHARGE THE TIP THAT THEY WANT. They charge me 10 Dlls for a $32 check without my permission.I dont understand said 24 hours, the service is the worst. We arrive at 1:40 am and is 2:33 am and we still not have what we ordered and is only other two tables. Is crazy, if you Dont have the capacity to be open and offer food and service to your clients, please close.I have to request to order the food to go, because I am a good person. But I want to go without any food and not paying. I cant believe that a business can offer this service.After all the explanation before I tried to communicate with IHOP by all their channels to let them know that they have thieves working in this location, without any answer yet. I also submit a complaint and requested my money back by the link that they provided and this comment reply and after a week I dont have any response or solution.

  I'm so happy they close IHOP in ********** who has we went there as a nursing home and ate there and it's like a girl that fixed the potatoes and steak had ever let sis and she had ***** over her body and everywhere like flesh was coming off her bones and now I got ***** all over me my ears and stuff I guess she had leprosy

  I walked into the establishment seeking to give them my business. I placed a to go order and when I attempted to pay I was told I couldnt use my debit card that is provided by the city of NY for summer youth employees. I was told I could not use my card since it did not have a chip and that I could possibly call my bank at a later time and cause them a chargeback. Will not be supporting this greedy business anymore.

  The WORST location to ever f**ing exist. Starting from the servers, to the waitresses, managers, and their entire service. I am surprised how this place is still running - oh wait, right corporate America at its finest. My partner and I visited during happy hour and was our first time at this place, not only were we both sexually verbally abused the entire time, but we were overcharged at their regular expensive amount just to be disrespected and experience the worst service ever. Like, it was not even possible to communicate with the server, let alone the fact that they were extremely slow with their overall service and how rude and dismissive they were. I know by writing reviews and filling out surveys not much can be done, but hopefully others reading this can see how truly sh*t of a place this organization is and how they are all about promoting hate; no such thing as customer service exists within their policy. As someone who was victimized at this location, the best I can do is spread the message and hope it reaches the proper audience. IHOP, if you see this, you certainly need to do way better and recall your entire franchises policies, I truly cannot imagine how terrible other locations are. I'm glad I won't ever set foot at a company who carries such a large name only to learn that they are hate speech promoters and are by far the most incompetent dining chain to exist.
