      I am a employee that just quit... When I tell you the managers treat customers and employees like compete trash. Black mold is growing in the dish pitt that no one seems to want to get fixed. The general manager ********************************* is under qualified and has stated "she doesn't care" been working at this location for 2 years and it's only gotten worse with her in charge. From screaming at staff to sitting on her **** all day long. The sanitation is awful and the ideals of this business are not being followed. DO NOT EAT HERE. I cant stress this enough. The employee of the month goes to the microwaves because 90% of your food is heated in them. Everything is frozen nothing is fresh. Nothing is temped property. Some cooks even microwave your steaks and chicken to cook them faster. We don't have a supply of the proper cleaning chemicals so the kitchen is definitely not clean enough to cook food in. Other managers vape and smoke in the office. Make unpaid servers do dishes. Stated on multiple occasions that since Virginia is a right to work state that we have no rights when it comes to our employment. We can't have opinions or complaints without the threat of losing our jobs. Talks c*** about our regular customers and then complains that we can't make sales every week. General manager states we don't have a budget for chemicals or raises but we have new booths in the lobby and continued bonuses for management. If you have a concern about money on your check missing we are told not to ask about it again. Overall worst job I have ever not had the pleasure of working for. NEEDS TO HE SHUT DOWN.

      This is on Applebees of ********************. The place is horrible. They treat their employees like c*** They don't care who us around when they do it. I have heard the management curse at the employees so much and treat them like trash. The place is very unsanitary. The cooks have dropped meat on the ground and picked it up wiped it off and put it back on the grill. They DO NOT wear gloves at all when preparing the food. They just grab stuff and throw it together and put it on the plates. I really think the health department needs to go in on them. Horrible with customers also. Very bad place to ear or work.

      Mice were running around the restaurant as we sat there trying to eat My daughter and I were scared to death They never offered a discount of any kind A terrible experience for sure Will never ever return!!!!!

      We had HORRIBLE service our last visit & our order was wrong, but we just ate it and never complained. ****** never checked on **, only peeked his head around the booth 1 time. I chose not to leave a tip because we even had to wave someone down to get drink refills. After we paid our over $70 tab and left the restaurant, the waiter tried to charge my debit card $5 for his tip. THANKFULLY I keep my card locked but he legit tried to commit a fraudulent charge on my account. I sent proof of this blocked transaction, my receipt, & have contacted IHop twice with no response. This was IHop at *****************************************************. I will NEVER go back! Staff were also making inappropriate conversation at the register as well.

      This Applebees in ************, ******** is run down and needs an upgrade/remodel. They also got rid of Happy Hour half off appetizers from 9am-midnight. All our food came out at different times. Wife ordered a ********* which she never did receive. We ordered the wonton tacos. They brought them to us with only chicken on them. They said they were out of coleslaw We asked to add lettuce instead since they were out of coleslaw. That never made it out to our table as well. Boneless wings however were good. I do not recommend coming here.

      I have stopped coming here years ago because the low class employees. we had to come here today because I had a meeting in an hour. My daughter who is 10 and I came here at 6 AM for breakfast hoping we would have different service time. NOPE!We sat at the host stand for 15 minutes, and the same disgusting gripy blond haired lady that works the night shift here on is here again. Like all the other stores, this store does not have a doorbell, so no Employee knows when someone comes inside- a $15.00 E doorbell fix. After waiting 15 minutes we set ourselves and waited patiently for the waitress to come by. She walked right past us four times for another 10 minutes. I had to go to the manager and tap her on the shoulder and ask what the problem is, and she tells me because we sat ourselves, The waitress was upset. The manager matching the rest of the employees appearances had half her teeth left in her mouth which is fitting because the disgusting look on these waitresses faces goes exactly with their attitude.

      Very disappointed food was cold celing is gross from leaking dirty floors bathrooms cooks and waitress yelling and blaring inappropriate music in back kitchen undercooked chicken

      Horrible service. I have been here three times already and time it's the same. I must say this is my last time coming here. I did a sit in visit and my spouse and I order was wrong. The next two times I did an online order and they weren't ready the alloted times given.Even though I came about 10 minutes before the pick up time. I came in and sat down and the young lady at the desk walked off.i sat and waited and watched numerous employees walk pass me and not say a word. I stopped a young lady as she walked out the bathroom and asled for assistance. She went to check my order status and never came back. This establishment is terrible and management ***** as well. This location needs to close down already. I left a one star rating only because I had too.they don't even deserve that much.

      Arrived at Applebees at 6pm, with 7 diners one baby, ordered around 6:30, first two rounds of food came out about 7 then two others served about 7:20, next two were served about 7:40, last dinner never came out, the only credit on our check was for the dinner we never received, we left the registrant at 8pm, I have called corporate twice and they always tell me that the franchise owner will call me never has, will never eat at the Applebees in southern ******** again.

      Poorest waitress working,no clean glasses waited ******************************************************* the place was empty no help to wait on them
