      Lifesource is a great company and They stand behind their product 100%. One of my tanks had a small issue after 2 years. They sent a technician a couple days after my call and he determined that instead of repairing it they would replace the tank under their warranty. ***** the installer came out two days later. He called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time to the minute. He explained in detail how he was going to exchange the tank and that there would not be any was no need to shut off our water during the process. He was very courteous and professional. I would have given ***** and Lifesource 10 stars if it was available.

      We had Life Source come out and install a whole house filtration system today. ***** was friendly, knowledgeable and arrived earlier than expected. He took the time to explain the different filter/functions. Really appreciate ****** great customer service and great plumbing skills.

      Buyer beware. If you live in an area with hard water, don't waste $7000 on this system. The website and salesmen will lie to you to get the sale. It has been a about a year and a half since we got the system installed and the hard water stains are out of control. Now keep in mind this system was based on the promise that it would be suitable for drinking and dealing with the hard water. We were assured by the salesman that came out and saw what we were dealing with that it would be the perfect solution. I contacted them to come inspect the equipment and the service tech said everything is working fine and said this is not the right system for us and told us to contact sales to ask about a refund. Short story, after alot of BS I was able to to get $1680 refunded and I have to dispose of the useless tanks myself. Stay away from this company.

      We love our Lifesource system. Our sales **** ******************** was awesome from start to finish. He answered all questions and was always available to talk to. Our installer, *****, showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. He completed the installation quickly and cleanly and it looks awesome. So glad we dont have to worry about hard water problems anymore. Thanks Lifesource!

      Our Life ***********, ****, was on time. He walked us through the install process prior to beginning the install and then after installation walked us through operation/maintenance of our system. He did a great job of placement/wiring etc to minimize impact in **********. We are very pleased with our experience with Life Source and look forward to using their product.

      ********* was amazing! She noticed we dont wear outside shoes inside the house and took hers off before entering our home. We didnt ask her too, *************** to be respectful which was greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions before and even after installation in a very timely manner. **** was great at getting us quickly setup with an installation day and ****** setup our system in exactly 3 hours and left no mess afterwards. All in all it was a wonderful experience right from the beginning and my husband and I very happy with our water system. Thank you Lifesource!

      We love our LifeSource Water System! So excited to have this system in our home. No more worries about hard water deposits on our newly remodeled master bathroom fixtures and glass shower walls and it is great to have clean, drinkable water from every faucet. ******** is an amazing salesman and his customer support is excellent; he is easy to contact, answering any and all questions.
