      Fast Friendly, Knowledgeable, replacement of filter after 5 years. Came at time of appointment on time, answered my questions, very friendly banter, completely satisfied and I very much like taste of water ( Fugi bottle water closest comparison)

      I was told in the beginning after asking a few different ways, if the system ever needed maintenance, and the answer was always no. To my surprise, the tanks have to be changed at a pretty hefty cost. I did call Life source, and I registered my complaint, they did agree to absorb the cost of almost $1200 to replace one of the tanks. Their customer service on that end was nice, but I dont know if I wouldve bought the system if I wouldve known about the replacement cost.

      ******, thank you for your feedback. I believe a LIfeSource Manager reached out and has resolved your issue as you mentioned. Yes, our AP12 filters are every 2 years and our scale solver tanks are every 5 years. With our Platinum Protection plan, at the time of purchase, allows for ************************************** the price when the time comes to replace. I believe the confusion is our system is maintenance free but that does not mean replacement free.

      Great-tasting water and no more white crusty spots on out faucets! **** gave great, easy-to-understand information on how the system works, and ***** was very professional and courteous when he installed the system, and took the time to explain everything again after the system was installed.

      Weve had our system for 1 week now and I am amazed at both the quality of our water and the outstanding customer service from this company. It really is next level. We are in *********. Our **** ****** was very professional, kind and not at all pushy or high pressure. He just let the product quality and reputation speak for itself. Our installers **** and ***** were so great, too. Very prompt & professional. They respected both our requests about tank placement and our home. We simply experienced outstanding communication, notifications and all around customer service from ********************. We immediately noticed a huge change in our water quality. The water is honestly delicious. Sounds strange to say that about water, but I drink a lot of it, and this is REALLY good water. Also great for our dogs, the laundry, our skin, hair, the list goes on. Were just so pleased that we took the leap and invested in Lifesource.
