    I used Kaplan Group to recover $10,000 owed by a delinquent client. They were diligent and eventually recovered the money, but it took 18 months to receive it. One thing I learned is that I could have had stronger language in my contract up-front. I'm frustrated with the amount of time that it took, but ultimately grateful that they were able to recover the full amount, so I definitely recommend them.
