    We're a mid-size marketing agency that have used Dean and his team at the Kaplan Group for a few years now. They take all of the burden off our shoulders of dealing with clients that don't want to pay, and their collection rate for us has been exceptional. Highly recommend them. They are honest, transparent, and wire the money to us fast every single time.

    The Kaplan Group was very easy to work with and effective with getting our outstanding accounts payable recovered. We particularly appreciated their professionalism, both with us and the debtor, as we feel that helped close out the issue. Each step of the collections process and any associated cost was clearly communicated to us and we had the ability to approve or disapprove of any escalating actions. The fees for the collections effort were reasonable. We will definitely turn to The Kaplan Group again if we have any additional collections issues.
