    I have been fortunate that in 30 years I have only had one customer that refused to pay me a sustainable amount of money. I did not know what to do. I did a google search and found Kaplan. I took a risk and went with them - without looking at other collection firms.
    They did an exceptional job at keeping me informed and also coaching me through the process. When collection did not work, they brought their attorneys in, and we got ready for court. The client decided to pay the bill and we settled for the amount I needed. I hope to never have to use them again but if I do I will go with them without a doubt.
