      I had an issue with my card and reached out to the generic support address. Within a business day I received an email with clear and concise instructions which resolved my issue without any back and forth needed.

      The Tango website was very user-friendly. I did have trouble retrieving one of my gift cards so I reached out to customer service. They quickly helped me and I was able to confirm that I had received the gift card while still speaking with them.

      My personal experience has been excellent. I've not had any issues receiving my gift cards. Exemplary customer service. Good bot chat and quick live agent response. They gave my w good impression and I find myself wishing other companies would actually care like they do about customer concerns and getting it right. 10 ******** a customer receiving gift cards, in my opinion they have a wide and varied list of gift cards. There was once that they didn't have the cards that I wanted, but they had very likeable and except able alternatives for me. They do business with other companies, and in my experience my issues arise with the business practices and policies of one of Tango's partner companies. However, It was clear in that scenario that Tango was not at fault and had no control over their partner's shortcomings.All in all, they have been a very legitimate and stand up company with excellent, patient, and caring customer service. 10 stars
