  sent them my bill of lading for trucking and gave them my tax exempt form they said they got it now they lost it and said 11 days went buy and won't refund my sales tax won't do business with them again, further more what does the trucking bill of lading have to do with sales tax they said if I went out of state on my own to pick it up they wouldn't refund the sales tax either

  Bought a cargo van on Dec 6 2023 and still waiting for title now today's date is 1-25-2024 and I called them and they don't know what the problem is, they told me that there is a problem with the titles department and she was in a hurry like she wanted to hung up, really Bad customer service and I still don't know what a else I can do.

  I received this email on 28 Nov 2023 from Iron Planet ************** I have placed the highest Priority Bid received to date in the Iron Planet auction for the following item.Description: 2012 **** Deere 50D Mini Excavator Item Number: ********. Our records indicate that you submitted a maximum bid amount of USD $20,000 on Nov 28, 2023. You currently have the highest Priority Bid on this item. Then I received another email, Confirmation of Sale: 2012 ************** 50D Mini Excavator (Item #********) on Thu, Dec 7, 11:26?AM to me. Congratulations! You are the winning bidder in an Iron Planet auction for this item. Location: ************** (************ area) Date of Sale: Dec 7, 2023. But when I arrive to pick it up the vehicle had no key, waited 2 hour for a key, just to find the vehicle would not crank over and no hydraulic power at all. I call sites POC, and inform him this vehicle was show running and hydraulic working on website. It also have ******************* with our ******************* He remanded I file a dispute form so I did and got no reply back. After several emails and phone calls attempts my request was denied. This was a misrepresentation of the condition of this vehicle. The vehicle is still at release sit unable to load or move it.

  Awful company, overpromise and under deliver, no one cares nor will they call you back including the ceo of the company. Do yourself a favor and list your stuff elsewhere as you will only waste a ton of time. Even tried reaching out to ***************************** but no luck there either.

  do not purchase with them. After spending 5 hours working on different bids, i won an items through a bidding process. after receiving the invoice was on my way to arrange for the payment at the bank. Then I received an email saying the seller backed out. I though the seller is Iron Planet.... To add to this phone calls to them where of no help, the first two people just handed up. You are dealing with a middle man that at times it seams can not deliver.

  Purchased two pick up trucks located at Granit construction company in ********** **. Paid by bank transfer and received release letter .Flew to pick them up , found out the condition of both Vehicles were way worth than the pictures showing.First one was flooded with mud and cement and pictures show the dirt but not the floors also not shown Harness was loose and back of it was covered with mud. Floor panels as a result ***** . This truck was sold with "iron **************** So I called and was asked to file a dispute form and send it on line .Next day it was denied, saying everything were in the pictures ( not true). So I took pictures and video and sent again it was denied again.I believe this company does not care and they have people who are trained to say NO to. They do not have any dispute resolution experience and knowledge. Here is one answer:I quote "I believe the price you paid reflects the condition of the item you purchase"How clich.Despite the fact that they want to charge $750 if they refund, They are still ignoring and playing game of wait and he will go away.When at the pick up site ,First I had to sign papers and then go to the site. They kept saying you bought these AS IS before we go to see the vehicles.I did not take the delivery and left ************************** is notified and a complaint is registered.

  Compre un camion ****** star con esta empresa por tan solo ****** a la hora de recogerlo solo lo maneje una poca milla y el motor se dao cuando lo contacte no se hicieron responsable ya que dicen que la garanta es por solo 5 milla es algo inslito I bought *************** Star truck with this company for only ****** when I picked it up I only drove it a few miles and the engine was damaged when I contacted them they were not responsible since they say the warranty is for only 5 miles it is something unusual

  I purchased a welding machine through Iron planet from ******** ******** ** rental yard. The machine had a "ready to rent" tag on it and it was supposedly verified and inspected and in working condition. It needs a $6000 rotor replacement. It's basically junk. I was lied to by Herc Rentals and Iron planet. The rotor, after the mechanic tore it down, was damaged severely. Nothing on the outputs works at all. I was totally scammed. Par for the course this day and age. No one is honest anymore. These people knew this machine was junk and they knew it needed a major repair. They put it up for auction knowing it would be purchased online and I wouldn't have a choice in the aftermath. Iron Planet was complicit in this scam by claiming they had inspected it and that everything worked and offered me only a $1200 refund for my troubles after the discovery was made. The repair is $6k. So now do I spend the money to fix it or just throw the whole machine in the scrap bin? Doesn't matter. Herc and Iron Planet got their money. The state of ********** and the city of Carlsbad got a nice sales tax revenue. I got scammed for a $7400 pile of junk that needs a $6k repair.

  I bought a military trailer on July 5th 2023. It is now Sept 21 and spoke with Gov/Planet ********* stated that it may be another two weeks before I get my registration paperwork. How many communities would allow an a trailer to be without a tag, and to be unregistered. Gov/Planet/Iron planet have the titles or necessary paperwork ready before you auction an item. This is nuts.
