  I bought a utility trailer that looked to be in good condition in the photos. Once I arrived to pick it up the sellers representative tells me it was involved in an accident that caused the trailer to be racked badly and thats why they were auctioning it off. Very deceitful not to disclose this prior to purchase. I have paid for it in full but cannot dispute the transaction as it is undisputable. This is fraud.

  Purchased a skid steer from Ironplanet. Paid a shipper on ********* to pickup the item. Driver showed up to pickup the item only to find out that Ironplanet sold it to someone else. Here is sit after 12 phone calls & 8 emails to support with no assistance. I have been hung up on, lied to, disrespected and defrauded. 6 weeks has past and I still haven't received my refund check for this act of fraud. They demand wire payment within 3 days or you are fined, yet take 6 weeks to mail you a refund check. I have spent over 1/2 million with them in the last 6 months and they treat me like garbage. Shame on ******* *****

  Never again. Wont sell through them and wont buy through them ever again. They only give you 30 days from purchase to transport, get out of Province inspection and register. Then submit forms for tax reimbursement. I had to wait for parts as is usual these days. But no matter to them. Lost 16 hundred dollars. Cant believe they are owned by *******************. If I had bought with them I would be **** richer today. Never again. Oh by the way the truck was misrepresented as well. Too bad you cant give negative stars.

  My first purchase with Iron Planet. I purchased 2 camcorders, the cameras were poorly placed together in a hard case(with no padding), then the hard case was placed into a cardboard box with padding on 3 sides. One of the cameras was damaged in shipping. I filed a dispute and Iron Planet passed the claim off to ****** ***** eventually paid out 1/4 of my purchase price because that's the value Iron Planet placed on the purchase. I had to have my ******************* do a charge back to get my money returned. All I ever heard from Iron Planet "I am sorry for the delay, I get with my **** and get back with you." The response from Iron planet was to close my account.

  These guys are crooks...absolute crooks. Bought a pickup truck that was marked as running, but could not be started when truck showed to pick it up. The mechanic from the contractor that was selling this fleet vehicle said that the truck had overheated and would not start at all. They claimed to have an inspector go out and start the vehicle and he was successful. I suspect this was a bald faced lie. When I filed a dispute form, I was treated rudely and the honest mechanic for the seller was called a liar. Do not ever buy anything from these creeps. They could easily be successful and make honest money if they were just honest, but that is not their MO.

  Inspections are unreliable and dealing with iron planet is worse than dealing with your cable company. Be prepaired to record all correspondence and listing details and have your attorney on standby. No deals here are worth having to deal with this company.

  I bought a excavator from them with iron clade assurance which is meaning it's in running condition and usually sales for higher prices,item number ******* After sending truck two times they cannot get the machine running or start at place that was purchased which is in another town ,iron clad has 24 hours verification period we cannot even pick up the machine at sale site,Know **** there employee said it's your responsibility iron clad check does mean you will get a working machine,this is they time rubbery at high level There iron clad is a gimmick to frude and frustrate people after they have their money ?? in hand,Stay 9 ft away or they stick to you!!!!??

  Ironplanet scum by selling tractor truck that was stated working condition start and ran for $15500 and now we found out that its in operable! How spoke to asset management and hear what he said to me when I literally mention my concern he didnt care !I spoke to regional operations manager ***** and he was unhelpful about the concern that I had with the truck literally they dont wanna help me at all so this place please do not go and buy a truck they sell punch of unknown Basically, they are punch of liars and ******** and they dont even care about customers and their concerns! Take your business other auctions that has great customer services!
