      I haven't received the ****** Tire Ecard that I was Site to get and no one seems to know where it is even though I received an email saying my rebate application was approved and I would receive am ecard within 2 to 3 days. So far I have received nothing. I have contacted ****************** and *** but no one has gotten back to me about this issue.

      Buyer beware! If you do not use your card by the expiry date they will not extend the date for you and will effectively STEAL your balance. Their terms and conditions apparently allow them to keep your money if you do not use the funds in time.

      I received a gift card through a settlement. When I attempted to claim it through ***, I was given an error page. I attempted to call customer support and they were no help at all. They then opened an investigation and after weeks of no contact I was told they were going to ship me a physical card instead. Would never use this company again.

      Absolutely terrible customer service - they emailed me a code to access the money they owed me on 5/27/25, but the card tied to that code expired in MARCH. they have given my a time frame of when to expect the card via email THREE times now, and each time I call they keep extending the time frame with no care in the world as to their client's experience.

      I wanted to get a new card because my previous card had expired. On the card, it said "funds do not expire" and the way to get a new card was also clearly explained in the terms in condition. Upon entering my card information, the automated system said "Card has expired (which was true) and fund will not be available anymore (which wasn't true). A customer service *** will say the same information." I wasn't given any option to contact customer service. I probably fumbled on the automated system for ***** minutes trying to find an option to contact customer service. When I finally found one randomly, the customer service *** (who was great) was able to resolve my request in less than 2 minutes. If I had listened to the automated system I would have lost $350.
