  I purchased a prepaid Mastercard from a big chair store in ******** and loaded money onto it for a trip. After the money was loaded and I called to activate the card and even before the trip occurred, the money was stolen off from this card. Once I learned to this situation, I contacted Blackhawk (out of CA) to file a claim and I was informed that the money had been stolen off from the card within 2 days after I had activated the card and more than likely the card was corrupt even before it left their business. I did file my complaint with Blackhawk on 6/14 and was told at that point and time once all my documentation was received, they would send out my complaint to the outside party to resolve this matter for me. Since then, I have contacted this company on numerous occasions only to be told that they are still working on this and they will work to resolve this matter for me. I asked them if no response is received, what the next steps were; I was then told that my case would go to the ************************* I asked if I could talk with this department to find out what they would be doing to then be told that they do not take calls. I then called their main customer service number; when my call was answered, I was asked how I obtained this number and was told that the only department I could speak with was their Customer Dispute area which is the area that I have already been speaking with; she could not/would not tell me who the ************************ is. I do not trust these people and please check your prepaid cards to make sure that you are not purchasing anything from this company.

  I ordered a **** gift card to be sent to our Son, who was in need and thought it a good idea, 8/21/22, it's now 8/24/22 and we've got nothing. I've called, phone is automated and wants a gift card number to get to a rep (hard to do when you don't have a GC) I've reached out in FB, ******************* Finally, with no help from BHN, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. They took my money pretty fast though. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

  A good alternative if you can't get to the store to purchase a gift card over the counter. I went with the regular delivery option, not expedited, and it the card got to the recipient on the regular postal schedule. I did alert the recipient to expect it in their mail delivery. They did. I'm very happy that Giftcards followed up to be sure that the gift card was received. Thanks for this service!

  I had an almost completely satisfactory experience with my GiftCards.com transaction. The only reason I'm giving it four stars and not five was the delivery options, none of which offered 1-2 day delivery so the card arrived about a week late for the recipient's birthday. In the future, I'll order it a week earlier. Would definitely recommend this service.

  You are fine if you do not register your card at their website giftcardmall.com. If you register it they will start deducting amounts like ***** and ***** till you have no funds left then. I bought this card on July 26th by 4 pm on the 27th all my funds are gone! I put the number on the giftcardmall.com web page (and yes it was their web page HTTPS) and everything to a t. They say it is ****** Play charges but they could not find the email. I believe it is a SCAM and then when I am disputing it I have to jump through hoops to get my money back. Still dealing with this. I am told one thing then the next time I call in they always say well that rep did not do his job. So that is not my fault that is your rep's ****** I will never recommend or buy another gift card Backed by Blackhawk Network due to how sloppy and unhelpful they are. You have no idea thinking you have money on your card use it and only have .72 cents on it. Not sure why I have to prove that I did not spend over ****** in like 2 seconds on ****** play when all of my transactions were done at brick-and-mortar stores. I will SAY IT AGAIN SCAM, SCAM UNPROFFICONALS, AND NON HELPFUL STAFF!!!
