      I purchased a gift card for a movie theater through Cashstar as a Christmas present. They charged my credit card but did not process the order and, only after I directly inquired days later as to why the card had not shipped, claimed they didn't have the ability to process orders. After an escalation, the card order was processed but never shipped to its recipient. I requested that card be cancelled and a digital replacement be issued instead, only for Cashstar to again claim it is unable to do so. They said they would refund the order, but no refund has been received, and they have not honored any callback requests or followed up on my emailed customer service request.This is borderline fraudulent activity and I intend to request a chargeback from my credit card provider. Cashstar has provided one of the worst customer service experiences and I will actively avoid ever purchasing anything through their services again. They have provided no resolution, do not follow up on requests or inquiries, and have neither reimbursed me nor delivered the purchased item. Save your money and purchase from an actual reputable gift card provider instead.

      Extremely frustrated i bought a ********** gift card with cashstar it never worked but somehow the money was taken off the card. $500 gone they told me in 7 days itll be returned to the card that never happened so they told me theyd refund me it NEVER HAPPENED!!! I used PayPal and unfortunately in filing a dispute e gift cards arent covered!! I want my money back immediately this is ridiculous $500 is a lot of money to lose and they are playing crazy when you call its not hard to process my refund! They keep lying saying it was refunded and it was NOT!!!!!!!!!!

      This company has the absolute worst service in the history of mankind; and even with me saying that, that doesnt convey how awful they are.Im not being hyperbolic. My company decided they wanted to save some money and chose this horrible one as their vendor for $500 gift cards our team won for achieving a sales incentive. You cant upload their virtual prepaid cards to an Apple Wallet or anything similar, so you are restricted to only using their prepaid **** cards for online purchases. What I want is only available in a physical store, so I requested a physical card. Their customer support continues to lie (claiming the card was in the mail), and after saying it was mailed on 11/15, its 12/16-and they now are saying its just now being mailed today. Ill be lucky if I get it next year. A month and a half, and its like an act of Congress to get a physical card. So if you choose this company, expect crappy service, awful support reps that lie and can do nothing to assist you, and a wait for up to two months for a physical card. The expectation is for you to only use their prepaid **** cards for online purchases. They charge you $3 for converting it to plastic and shipping. THE WORST company Ive ever had the misfortune to interact with period.

      I have used this company several times mainly for Christmas gift cards for my family that live out of town. It works well for me and the service provided is very good. One of the 9 gift cards I ordered this year was late to my house, but customer service personnel reacted quickly and the card was received in good time for the holidays.

      I ordered a QVC gift card for a family member for Christmas on 12/03. I believe it was mailed 12/05. I received multiple emails. The gift card was supposed to be $75. I tried calling Cashstar with no help offered at all. I called QVC only to find out card has a zero balance.

      This is the worst company I have ever encountered. I tried to use a ******* giftcard issued by this company that does not work. while adding to the app it says the card is invalid. I contacted ******* and every person I can think of to get this matter resolved. After further investigation I learned that this is a known issue that has yet to be rectified. The company is basically stealing customers money and because there is not an option to get a refund on giftcards your basically ***** and the company knows that.the list of people I talked to and emailed ******* issued gc black hawk network(owns giftcard.com)target
