I got a prepaid card from a third party and it didn't work at all. They keep sending me these fake cards and giving me excuses. I will never in a million years get anything from them. I even reported them.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

My Brother sent me a gift card with the **** logo on it 300 dollars he put on there, I received the gift card on the 29th of October 2022...I registered on the cards website an the 300 dollars was on the card, So I went to the grocery store, bought some food items, soon as I got to the register, it DECLINED, SO I RETURNED HOME AN CALLED my Brother in ************* an the card said 0 balance, I didn't get a chance to spend anything off the card, I need my money back, that money was needed due to my situation, and now with all the health issues is why my brother sent me the money!! AFTER READING all these complaints I see a lot of people's that this happened to them also..RIDICULOUS IM SICK I want go into details of my situation of why my brother sent me that money that I never was able to use, Someone from Blackhawk network had the audacity to tell me 90 days before I can get a card with my 300 dollars that was stolen off my gift card that my brother sent me!!!. Giving me a case number of Ds0420071..I called the main number the guy gave me an my brother 1..several times I also was told to send my information in front and back of my gift card and phone bill and proof of address..which I did..also fill the forms out they emailed me which I think or thought the whole ordeal was a scam, I NEED MY 300 DOLLARS BACK ITS HARD OUT HERE, I NEED MY MEDS I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES IS WHY MY BROTHER SENT ME THE MONEY IN THE FIRST!! I WONT STOP FIGHTING TIL I GET MY MONEY Back!!! It's wrong, bold and not right..especially to have to wait 90 days or even 60 days an the merchant that they said took money not even a name. The man I spoke to today claims he was going to expedite my money or try to speed the investigation process up..which they already said that they know I didn't use the money and that I was on the correct website from their card..so why do we have to wait all that time saying **** have to investigate I need to talk to **** then..cause this crazy as ever!!Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

This company fraudulently charged my account and I have no idea who they are. I have never heard of them. I contacted them and they told me there was "nothing we can do" I asked to speak with someone with authority and there was still no resolve. They claim their system cannot locate where the actual charge came from. In 2022, I find it hard to believe that by providing the last four of my card number, they were unable to pull up any transactions linked to my card. They tried to blame it on my financial institution. FRAUDS!!!!!! ****BEWARE*****Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

Initially I was frustrated with the whole Reloadit system. I had activated one of my prepaid debit cards so I could pay my credit card bill on time; so I went ahead and purchased a card, putting $300 cash on it. It had been several years since I used a process such as this; it always was so easy when done over the phone. With Reloadit you have to establish a username and password to create a Reloadit 'safe' where your money will be deposited into. Not only; after numerous times failing due to "technical difficulties; please try again later;" but when I peeled off; because it wasn't a scratch off; the pin numbers literally came off with the sticker; basically scraped and missing their ink! I was furious! I first tried to return it to the store I purchased it from; but they said all liability is on the company and to take it up with them. After doing just that; the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I was told to go ahead and email my receipt, photos of both sides of the card and my ID. The response I got was that they were going to honor my request and they will be issuing a "postcard check" on such and such date. After 15 days of waiting patiently (by the way, my credit card payment was late that month); still no check. I sent email after email; ranting and raving; telling them how unethical and dishonest they were and how they get one negative review after another!! Oh, why oh why didn't I read them before using them!I swore to take it all back if they would show some integrity and professionalism and do the right thing for the customers. Guess what? I TAKE IT ALL BACK!! THEY DID SEND ME MY REFUND PRECISELY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD; IT WAS MY DUMB A#S WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THOROUGH IN GOING THROUGH THE MAIL!! And because God/ the Universe; whatever is your preference; has such a GREAT sense of humor; the check sat for almost two months on my desk and expired three days earlier! I purchased a gift card through a third party, and I came without an activation code. When I contacted customer service I was informed to contact card holder services, as its not refundable. When I contacted cardholder services they refused to help. I dont understand why they allow a third party sell their product if they wont back it up!Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.
