My granddaughter received the card and I was very relieved as I had previously personally mailed a card to another granddaughter through **** and she never received it. Going forward, if I want to send a gift card I will continue to use eGiftCards.com.

Good so far. I received the gift card as ordered and forwarded it to my granddaughter for a gift. She has not cashed it as yet. That will be the test of how trouble free the system is.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

Fraudulent transaction. I gave a gift for our daughter and son-in-law Anniversary and when they presented it in a restaurant, it was not accepted, saying it is fraud and that restaurant has seeing one like it before. When I tried to call the number provided on the charge, I had to listen for 30 minutes sending me from one place to an other and I never had a change to talk to anyone live.Such a shame **********Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

I think it must be a scam, I received a gift card a while ago, I can't register it online, I can't check the balance and there is no way reach anyone by phone, online, email... the only way to reach anyone is to send a letter to an address in *****. I let my employer know, I received the gift card from them, I don't expect they will use this service again.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

I am giving a 4 star ONLY because a manager called me after a second request and expedited a new **** birthday card- cancelling the one that still has not arrived. My order was placed 12 days before need to arrive. Chat was not helpful so I requested to speak to a manager.I Didnt receive the call back. So I called back- a new manager was contacted and she took of care of my issue immediately. SHE INFORMED ME THAT **** held my card shipment until they had more shipments. This has happened before. I purchased a reloadit card from Love's and put the money I needed for my Uber rides for work this week. I signed up to get a safe In order to load money on my NetSpend card and it told me to wait for an activation email. Well I waited and waited but never received one. I called customer service and of course they gave me the runaround. Said pretty much the same thing these reviews have said. I am ****** because I am having to walk to work this week because the money was all I had left. Something needs to be done about this company because if I have a receipt from a store and cannot just go there and get my money back then it's inconveniencing me. I should have followed my first mind and not bought the card because when it says you can't get your money back that's usually a bad sign. There must be something criminal in the mind of the person who even thought of this scheme. I'm taking this as far up the chain as I can because playing with my money IS playing with my emotions. ***** should have to deal with this type of c*** when spending their hard earned money.Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc.

I was glad to get confirmation emails from them as to the status of my order as I purchased it a few weeks prior to her birthday.
