      Would leave 0 stars if possible. Card was declined on first charge, which there was more than enough funds available for. Pending transaction stayed on the card for more than two weeks so far. When I called about it, It is almost impossible to navigate to a menu item that will actually help with your inquiry. Once I was connected with an agent, they never even asked me what my issue was, just confirmed my details, put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then said they would call me back. They confirmed my number, but never called me back.

      I have 3 different cards on my profile with them. ALL get declined everywhere I go. I had to call and replace all 3 of them 2 times in 1 day! The last 2 times I called, I got hung up on when I asked the last guy to stay on the phone with me to help me link my card to my mobile, he sighed and hung up. The guy before him just hung up on me while I was asking a question. Received no call back from anyone. Very rude & unprofessional. They kept insisting that my card was comprised even though I assured them it wasn't & all were my transactions. However I did notice on one of my cards after the last time I replaced it just recently an unauthorized transaction from a website giftcards.com for $100 that wasnt done by me, this was about a hour after it was replaced. And the next day my other card that was also replaced had another unauthorized transaction from the same website but this time for $600. I now believe this is an inside job because these cards were just replaced and I never even used them anywhere yet. I called to let them know about these and I kept getting talked over, instead of them listening to me they wanted to do all the talking! Very rude ppl. Sounded very guilty like they were hiding something. They said my card was going to be replaced I never received it yet I was charged the $6.95 replacement fee. They should be investigated! Something fishy going on over there with them!

      SCAM!!! I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD YESTERDAY, APRIL ****** FOR $400 ONLY USED IT ONCE. AND TODAY APRIL ******* THE *** WAS $1.16. I LOOKED UP THE ** INFO..AND MY HEART DROPPED. IN ONE DAY IT WAS WIPED OUT!! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MAN ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY INFORMATION. *SUSPICIOUS* ** DO NOT HAVE OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON IT!!!!! THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL TO SEND MORE PERSONAL INFORMATION.       I have two gift cards that continue to be declined everywhere and I am unable to use them. Card services does not have an associate that is able to assist. It just takes you in circles within their menu and is no help. You can request a physical card but for a fee and I'm not wanting to default to being charged a fee just because my card is incorrectly being declined everywhere

      I would leave 0 stars if I could. My company ordered gift cards for employees for holiday bonuses. Although the "funds do not expire," the card expires within 1 year. This is illegal under Michigan law (gift cards cannot expire within 5 years of purchase). Had to call to have another card sent, and, of course, it never arrived. Called again and got an electronic gift card--the fine print says there are "monthly maintenance fees" and all kinds of other fees. It is clear that this is a scam designed to prevent people from accessing their money.

      Ordered an e-gift card for a friend on March 11, 2025 through Gift ********* and it has not arrived. I am waiting on a call from Gift *********. They have my money. Hopefully, they will be willing and able to remedy the situation. Fingers crossed.

      I was having trouble accessing MyPrepaidCenter account in 2022, a site that BlackHawk runs. I called and they couldn't solve my login issues. They said they would escalate the issue and call me back, but then I never heard from them. I have been unable to access myaccount since then and called again. After over an hour on the phone, receiving multiple emails from their escalation service, and then a second phone call, I learned that they deleted my account back in 2002, which I NEVER asked them to do, and they NEVER told me that they deleted my account. If you look at ******************* reviews on other sites, login issues are a major complaint and the site has very poor average reviews. For example: ***************************************************** This creates the impression that BlackHawk knows there are problems, but is not addressing them.

      There was insufficient support to explain the electronic version of the reward so I requested a plastic card---twice. Never received the first one and not sure if I will get the second one by the expiration date. Very complex process to get questions answered. It required over an hour with three transfers to three different representatives. I would not recommend.
