      I had a dryer delivered from Home Depot on July 2nd. The guys driving backed into my driveway and pulled the wires from the telephone pole across the street from my home along with it taking down the pole and wire on my house; breaking my fence; damaging my cherry tree; along with having the police and fire department at my home as live wires were all over the ground. I filed a complaint and it was with Temco. They asked for pictures and promptly sent pics and explained the situation. ****** ****** ******* sent me a settlement and release agreement form to sign- for me to say that I would be okay with the funds that they will reimburse me and that I would receive it within 15 days. I immediately signed it and emailed her back with it. A month came and went and they have still not sent the check. I messaged & called many times at which I'm told it takes 15 days for the check to be cut; then mailed. I was told it was mailed on September 7th (which is WAY past the date I signed the release which clearly states this is to be settled within 15 days), then I was told it was mailed on the 8th; then I was told they could stop payment and mail it AGAIN through the local mail. I requested, and agreed to pay for overnight, ****** said they can't do that. I put $2000 out of pocket; I am a senior on a fixed income and I need my money back. I would like the company to take responsibility and give me my money.

      We supposed to have our washer deliver this morning by Temco third party delivery services used by Hawthorne Home Depot, and didn't happen, because Temco delivery services couldn't find our home. We lived in the same place for 15 years, and had home delivered everyday and never ever had any issues before. The security guard told us that they came in at 7:10 am and left at 7:12 am, pretty quick visit for someone who is trying to find an address. 2 minutes, they drove around and left!! We got an message at 8 am saying that they attempted deliver but couldn't find the address??? Any efforts?? We call Temco customer services and they told us they already reschedule for next week????? Really, that is the answer for a pretty lazy delivered guys!! We went back to Home Depot and cancelled our order, and surprisingly the customer service manager told me they have issues with Temco delivery services everyday, and she told me please please go ahead and write everywhere, so I will be contacting Hime Depot headquarters about this awful, unreliable, and unprofessional business, Home Depot deserves a much better delivery services.

      I had received a voice mail confirmation about a delivery with Temsco scheduled between 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM for today. I was not home. This review is specifically for the poor communication regarding delivery schedule with TEMSCO.

      I apologize for the error in the timeframe. I do see that there was a timeframe adjustment on your order. This seems to be due to one of the team's larger stops cancelling which moved you up further in the timeframe. However, I did look into your order and it does show that someone was there and that there was an issue with your shut off valve. Does this seem correct to you? The order came back as a reschedule pending you calling in to confirm you did not want it cancelled. We do require a shut off valve to be directly behind the unit we are installing as we are not plumbers and can only do the basic install. I included a photo of the space behind your fridge where there is not a shut off valve. Costco is under the impression that you are getting this fixed and will callback in for an install. If this information is not correct, please call me at the number below.

      Hi,

      Yes, that is what they told my son regarding the valve. They told him they could also deliver the fridge inside without installation. He asked them to kindly wait a minute while he spoke to me for approval of the delivery. The delivery team did not speak or understand English and nodded OK, and then drove off.

      So, not only was the delivery schedule off. The team only spoke Spanish and did not wait for delivery instruction at the door (without installation).

      Anyhow, I would like to reschedule a delivery for the fridge. Please let me know when is the earliest time your company can redeliver.

      I purchased a washing machine from Home Depot online, on June 17th, unfortunately they have a separate delivery company called Temco that makes all the appliance deliveries. I had 3 different delivery dates spanning a several week timeframe, all with various reasons why my washing machine could not be delivered. After the 3rd failed delivery, I cancelled the order. I have since been trying to get my money refunded which has been a complete nightmare. This company has not refunded my money after several attempts made by me and the Home Depot associates to get the refund. It's my money and I want it back. I don't know what else to do, I feel like Temco stole my money. To me, this is fraud and I just want help getting my money back. It is my understanding that all Temco has to do is push a button on my invoice that states the washing machine was not delivered and then the Home Depot can refund my money. What did I ever do to them for me to be treated this way? I shouldn't have to fight to get my money refunded.

      We purchased a GE electric range from Home Depot. It took three weeks for our delivery, per supply issues. We understand that. But it's our turn now, and we want our appliance.

      The "Special Instructions" clearly state "at end of dirt road". But the Temco truck drove by, saw a dirt road, and kept on driving. I offered to bring down my trailer to the street and drive it up myself. They refused. They said they can't drive on dirt and they can't park on a street. I know they must park on streets because they can't back a 30' truck into residential driveways to deliver to anyone else. Other people get deliveries (I hope). I offered to meet them at a parking lot. They refused. I offered to drive to a warehouse. They refused.

      They had the specific instructions. They were informed of the conditions. They accepted the job. They refused to do their job. When I have someone refuse to do their job, I fire them and do it myself. I am trying to do that, but they are holding my appliance hostage at a secret location, which they refuse to disclose.

      They are too incompetent to park a truck. Fine. From the other reviews here, it's pretty clear they may be too incompetent to install an appliance. Fine. Just release the hostage. You get to choose the location. I can come alone.

      It is only yes or no, so the relinquishing of the appliance meets the minimum threshold of resolution, just barely, although satisfaction would be an overstatement, as it was substantially delayed and required an extensive amount of time and effort on our part.

      I object to the fact that my response here improves the rating of this business, as it misrepresents the terrible experience they put us through, but I have no choice but to answer the question as framed.

      This is regarding the Samsung washer and dryer appliances purchase I made at Home Depot on 29th May 2022 for $2082. Order number -*************.
      It's been 2 months since I made the purchase and the appliances are still not delivered. I have even made 2 monthly credit card payments for this purchase.
      Apparently Home Depot uses Temco as the delivery company and for the last 2 months Temco has not been able to deliver the appliances for the reasons listed below and there have been 8 failed deliveries:
      1. Half of the time either the Washer or Dryer was damaged and of course I will not accept that delivery.
      2. Other half times Temco delivery crew used to not deliver saying no one at home. I WFH and was always present in the home. I even have a video doorbell to prove that no one showed up at my place. I used to even keep my garage door open. The delivery crew didn't call me when they were here. When I spoke to Home Depot directly they gave me another story. According to them delivery was not even attempted as the units were not in the truck. Then why would Temco lie and put blame on me that I wasn't at home?
      3. Finally on the 2nd Aug Temco delivery crew came again and this time they just brought the dryer. After talking to Home Depot and Temco no one is able to locate the Washer and corresponding stacking and control kits.

      I have been ripped by Home Depot and Temco where I am ending up paying the full amount to the credit card and they have not even delivered and installed the appliances.
      I am living in this newly built home which doesn't have a washer and dryer and I have to go to my friend's place every week to wash my clothes. Not to forget numerous hours of phone calls made to Temco and Home Depot have caused mental stress and harassment.

      Please help me here.

      I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot which included delivery service. A delivery crew of 3 young men delivered it on March 8, 2022. Home Depot's website listed that the door handle placement could be adjusted to the other side upon delivery. The door handle was not on the side I needed so I asked the delivery crew to adjust and they said they could not and I would have to call for another crew to do that. I was shocked since that was not what was on Home Depot's website & I had already taken time off work for this delivery. To have to take the time off work place another call, explain the situation, then find more time on my schedule for a 2nd visit was unacceptable as a result of poor customer service!

      I did not get a chance to check for any damages before they left because the main guy forged my signature on the proof of delivery receipt and did not type my name where is says "Print Name" and then left. I was never presented anything to sign. I never even saw the proof of delivery form until after they left and I received it via text. They ended up scratching some paint off the door frame to my front door and also left a scratch on my hardwood floor. The proof of delivery form under the signature line states: "Signature acknowledges: Information is accurate - Products delivered - Services performed - No property damage". Since I did not sign the form and I had property damage, I contacted Home Depot who told me to contact the delivery company. I did and they were unapologetic but opened an investigation. I sent pictures of the damage and the proof of delivery. They only offered an "inconvenience offer" of $150. Prop damage is more than an inconvenience! I asked about the forged signature they responded saying "that is the signature we have on file for delivery". But it's NOT my signature! How is this proper business practice when I have to pick up the cost of repairs beyond $150 for THEIR damages AND they FORGED my signature which is ILLEGAL and a crime?!!

      There are a couple questions I would need clarified:
      1. Did you file a claim with our claims dept?
      2. Who offered you the $150 fee? Do you have this person's name?
      3. Do you have photos of damage and the estimate for the repair?
      4. Your delivery was in March but this complaint did not come through until August. Was there someone you were working with to resolve this during that time?

      As for the signature, the team that completed this delivery is no longer with the company. I do apologize for the issue with the signature. I am not sure why the team did this and as they are no longer with the company, I cannot question them further. Please know that this is not behavior that is encouraged by Temco.

      Please advise me as to your response on the questions above.

      1. Yes.
      2. I worked with**************** who was unfortunately unapologetic. I tried to escalate but she said $150 was all she could offer.
      3. Photos of damage are uploaded to this claim. I am in the process of gathering estimates for repair.
      4. I only worked with Janette on the claim. The reason for the delay is that I was away from home and had to deal with a family health issue but since I've been back seeing the damage everyday is simply just causing me stress. It's irritating to be constantly reminded of the damage and forged signature. I truly feel taken advantage of and a victim of fraud so I'm finally taking action.

      I appreciate your apology. And I am glad the guys who did the damage and forged my signature are no longer at Temco but unfortunately that does not resolve my issue.

      Due to fraudulent activity I have $360 worth of repairs. Regardless of settlement, I would like to be made whole at the very least given the situation
