      Temco Logistics was apparently the installers identified by and used by HomeDepot for the badly botched installation of a new GE over-the-range Microwave. Worst was their coercion of a signoff by the adult grandson of the (not-at-home) residents when not only was the ** not working but there were wood chips (from the badly drilled holes in the cabinetry) and gypsum dust, the exhaust fan was left not working and their excuse was 'were not electricians'. I will NEVER use ********* again if they continue to use this vendor to do residential installs.

      They came to my apartment to deliver a washer or dryer. Not sure which one. They parked behind my car even though they saw me getting in my car and blocked me in. I asked him how long he would be and please move because I had an appointment to get to. He just looked at me and ahead unloading. He was parked in a no parking zone. I had to wait for him to get done making me late for my appointment. I live in ********* **********. I have pictures and his license plate Indiana plate # ******* I also have pictures of his truck next to the red no parking curb clearly marked. I was not happy!!!!

      My wife and I ordered a refrigerator from ********** and waited from 3-7PM per their direction only for Temco Logistics to lie that they attempted delivery of the unit, while also forging my wifes signature. This is unacceptable and extremely shady behavior. In the future I *************** uses a different logistics contractor and that other businesses steer clear of Temco. I have proof they did not attempt delivery as well thanks to our ring cameras installed on the front of our property.

      My wife and I recently purchased a refrigerator from **********. We had scheduled the delivery for the 7th of May. We receive a confirmation text the night prior for a 2:30PM to 6:30PM delivery window. On the delivery day, I received a call at work from Temco Logistics at 12:32PM informing me that they were 35 mins away from my house to deliver my fridge. I explained the delivery representative that I am currently at work and that I would not be able to be home earlier than 3PM and asked if they can deliver the fridge at approximately 3pm. The gentleman assured me that he will try and honor my request. At 2:36PM, my wife gets a notification that the delivery driver is at my house and has a 15-minute waiting period before he leaves. I attempted to reach out to the driver 10 times with no response. I reached out to ********** to address this issue but was told that since they arrived during the original time slot, they could not make the driver come back to deliver the fridge, even though I had already expressed to the driver directly my availability. I was also told that if I didn't happen to answer the call at 12:32PM and they attempted to deliver my fridge around 1PM, then they would be able to recall the driver. This whole interaction could have been avoided if this delivery system that Temco Logistics utilizes wasn't 100% automated and if the customer had an input on the ********************** window. This has been the most abysmal delivery experience my wife and I have ever had with any company and would not recommend their services. 1-Star only because I am not allowed to give them 0 stars.

      We ordered a dishwasher from a big box store when it went to be delivered. There was damage on the front. The staff was polite and rescheduled the delivery for the following week. Yesterday they came to deliver the dishwasher, dropped the dishwasher off then started to leave after they unhooked the electrical and water line. They left the waterline leaking and then said that The installation was not on the paperwork and we had to reschedule to have it hooked up at a different time. My husband objected causing the driver to call dispatch. Even though dispatch told the driver he had enough time to put in the dishwasher which he had stated only take 20 minutes. They chose to leave, leaving dripping pipe that couldnt be shut off. I called twice the first time I was on phone for over 45 minutes. The drivers then came back to shut off the water, Though I was told they were going to connect the , they looked at the sink and walked out without saying anything when I called the company. They said the driver said that you tried to hook up your old dishwasher and its not their fault. Which makes no sense because the dishwasher did not work so I would not try to hook it up again. I have to pay for plumber now to come and install my dishwasher. Not only was the customer ********************** ridiculous. They caused damage and left. I will not be using them again ever.

      Bought three appliances from ********** in November. It is almost February and I STILL have not received my oven. Sound unbelievable? I agree.Original delivery date was 12/28. They came and took all three appliances off the truck, broke a part of the oven, and proceeded to put all three appliances back on the truck. They tell me they are not allowed to leave any of the appliances if one of them is broken. I call ********** and they say that's not their policy and is absolutely wrong.2nd delivery was 1/6. They came, took all three off the truck. Install everything and proceed to break a part of the oven AGAIN. This time they actually leave the other two appliances.3rd delivery was 1/15. They cancel due to weather.4th delivery was 1/21. I sit at home all day. They give me the 11-3 window for delivery. No show. No phone call. I call the following morning (today) and they tell me the driveway is icy. I am literally staring at the driveway and there is no ice. I ask why they didn't call or knock on the door. The woman says I don't know. Proceeds to schedule me for yet, another week down the line.Each time this has happened, I have asked why they can't deliver to me sooner. At this point, I am scheduled for a 5th delivery and they still have to wait a week to bring it?! Which is to say, other customers will get their 1st deliveries for the remainder of this week and I am still bumped for 7-8 days down the line. How is this prioritizing?!Calling ********** is not much help either. They just say sorry and leave it up to Temco to deal with. *** at the Utica Temco was very rude and did zero things to make this better. She did, however, treat me with rudeness, interrupt me several times, and argue with me. All of this is so totally unacceptable but apparently it's normal for these companies because nobody is responding in any way to make it ********* NOT BUY FROM **********. And call ahead to make sure Temco will not be delivering your appliances.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I encountered while attempting to have an appliance delivered through your company.I initially ordered the appliance through ********** and was informed by a representative named Serenity that delivery would occur on a specific Saturday. However, the appliance failed to arrive as scheduled.Following this, my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with significant frustration. Communication with your company has been severely lacking, with no clear information provided regarding the status of my delivery or who is responsible for addressing the delay.Furthermore, my attempts to contact Serenity directly have been unsuccessful. I have been informed that she is unavailable, and other employees have been instructed to misrepresent her availability to me.This lack of transparency and the complete disregard for my time and inconvenience have been deeply disappointing. I am currently without a crucial appliance due to these unforeseen circumstances.I request that you investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate steps to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution and a sincere apology for the significant disruption and frustration I have experienced.Sincerely,********** ********

      What a scam service, supposed to deliver appliances. They miss delivery times fail to contact customers worst ********************** takes multiple times to never get your appliances. ********** should have never acquired this mismanaged company.
